Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rooms were stylish, spacious and thoughtfully designed. Our terrace was superb. The breakfast dining room was beautiful and the breakfast offered was simple and just perfect. The reception staff were a delight to chat with and we really appreciated their help. The location was easy to walk to transport and the gothic area but away from the crowds.

United StatesOur room fridge was not working and I had to kill a few spiders the first day we arrived (at the window to the terrace). The fridge did not work the entire time, but because we had medications that needed to be refrigerated the staff put it in the office fridge and was very proactive in the case we needed to put anything in or take anything out. They were so so friendly!!
The staff was incredible! Everyone was so so friendly and would do everything they could to help out. Although it is a boutique hotel so less staff than a regular hotel, the kindness of the staff made up for any discomfort. The room was spacious and looked like the pictures online. Can’t rave enough about the staff though. So amazing.

CanadaSignage needs improvement, outside and inside. Upon entry, we were faced with a series of stairs leading to a lift with no obvious reception or sign indicating where to go. As it turned out, reception was up the stairs to another level and the lift had to be opened and activated by staff. The included breakfast was not good. The hotel needs to improve this offering.
It’s a small eclectic property, nicely renovated in a heritage building in Eixemple district. Our room was large and bright, opening to a huge private terrace. The bathroom and shower were modern and excellent.

SingaporeBeing a smaller boutique hotel there aren’t many facilities like a gym etc. but it didn’t bother us as we were only here for a short while.
Great location off Passeig de Gracia. Walkable to most attractions, shopping and lots of food nearby. Rooms and the lobby have been renovated recently and it looks great. Was very spacious compared to some of the other hotels we’ve stayed at in Spain.

MaltaNo reception was there when we initially arrived and the lobby does not have good phone reception to call to ask how to get in. Initially, we thought we were scammed for the first 15 minutes while we waited. Once let in, the experience was great.
The hotel's room and interior design is a beautiful hidden gem in Barcelona. The rooms are finished nicely and have a cosy vibe. The location is fantastic.

United StatesThe sink and tub need to be scrubbed as mold started to accumulate in the corners. Overall the property is clean, sheets were clean, service great.
Design, quietness, lounge facilities with cookies and coffee, safety, Irene was helpful, proximity to all the main areas- walkable distance. Note- if you use their parking, which is right by the property, a garage, make sure you get a barcode to exit as otherwise you will not be able to access the elevator or garage door (that closes) and exit the garage. We got an extra blanket from Irene- thank you.
