A friend and I rented the apartment with twin beds for a night while walking the Camino Mozarabe. It was perfect for our requirements. It was quiet and spacious with a well set up kitchen area for making breakfast and a cup of tea.

TV in strange location. Would be better in lounge area in our opinion. Bathroom was cold and so was the floor! A couple of bright rugs and a cushion or two on the sofa would improve coziness.

Steve and Sarah. We had a lovely night at your place. Your help and advice for food last night was spot on we ate at the place you recommended. The lovely cosy feel with the woodburner was an absolute treat. Everything was beautifully clean and shower wonderfully hot.

Great studio apartment with a living area and kitchen facilities. Would be very comfortable for an extended stay. Hosts provided a lot of great info in advance that allowed you to adequately prepare for the limited services available in this very small and extremely sweet town. Hosts have also personally walked the surrounding Camino and other trails and were able to share their first-hand experience.

It was a pleasure to spend the night here after "climbing" up to Moclin from Olivares! Steve was extraordinary welcoming and helpful, the apartment was clean and left me with no wishes. Even more, it did not feel like a random hotel suite, but a warm home. The next time I come to Moclin, I'm glad to stay again. Full recommendation!

Everything was great! No complaints! One idea: it might be helpful for pilgrims/walkers if the owners offered some basic items for sale if/when the local bars and shops are closed?

Spacious, clean, has everything you need, extremely comfortable beds, delightful shower, nice kitchen, welcome beers, and super helpful host!

Absolutely loved our 9 day (8 night) stay with Sarah and Steve. From our initial booking to our departure they were fantastic hosts. The apartment was everything we needed it to be and the welcome bottle of wine and lit fire was very much appreciated after a long day travelling. Steve and Sarah live in the main house, upstairs, and are on hand to help when/if needed. The apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen with extras such as coffee, sugar, oil etc. The offer of fresh towels and bedding mid stay was also appreciated (although not needed). Casa La Cabra is brilliantly situated for many hikes in the nearby area and Sierra Nevada. Steve was also very helpful in recommending routes etc. Nearby Puerto Lope has 2 ATMs and a well stocked Coviran supermarket and garage for fuel. All very handy and convenient. For us it was ideal for being in a typical village and away from the city hustle and bustle.

There was nothing that I did not like. The hosts did an amazing job and the property certainly lived up to standards expected. Book it and enjoy your stay!

Casa la Cabre was located in a newer development in the town of Moclin just of the Camino Mozorabe, brilliant for when you have just walked 2.7km uphill! Met Steve at the property and was shown round...this place is amazing (we have a vlog that includes a quick tour of the property: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_FWJOFBQs53u-846958UNQ?sub_confirmation=1) and came with a terrace area to rest those tired feet as well as a kitchen area. Make sure that you head into the cafe/bar just up the road and definitely make the walk to the Church up the top just below the fort, amazing views at sunset! Thank you Steve, everything that I needed and more....

We had a really lovely and comfortable stay at Casa la Cabra. We were met by Steve on arrival who was really friendly and welcoming, and the apartment itself was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was really well equipped, complete with necessities such as coffee, salt/pepper, olive oil, and even a complimentary bottle of wine!

Casa de Cabra is in a great location. Near the plaza, bars and walking routes. The apartment was clean, comfy, bigger than I expected and well equipped. Our hosts extremely welcoming and informative. The apartment excellent value for money.
