I have stayed at the hotel before excellent facilities and beautiful location. Breakfast was included and I ate in their magnificent dinning room. The staff were friendly and attentive to any requests I made. The room was fabulous and had a balcony which looked out onto the main city view which was fantastic during the Fiesta Major in Granollers.

Location is top, easy close to a couple of parkings. In the middle of the center, nice place and cool vibe at the bar restaurant. Room is nice and cozy, good size and nice bathroon. Staff nice and helpful.

The room was so comfortable, cozy, and spacious. The hotel is located on top of a very nice restaurant. All the amenities were provided, and regular room cleaning. The location was very central and close to everything. Probably a 10 min walk to Granollers station.

We tried to cancel this reservation because our flight was delayed 7 hours and the hotel refused to refund us even with proof so we stayed in this lovely room for a total of 5 hours of sleep and showering. It was worth it and we would return yet that was a HARD pill to swallow as we were traveling international and it was out of our control. Nice bathroom, view, decor, and slippers gave an added touch! Plus they held our bags after checkout :)

Very good hotel, good location the centre is very nice e is close to the train station which is very comfortable, very good customer service for both reception and restaurant. The restaurant is very good and offer typical Catalan food with good quality. Rooms are large and comfortable, they provide you hand soap, shower gel, shampoo (very good quality) and shower slippers and they leave you a bottle of water which you can refill anytime in the common area and this is a big thumbs up. I recommend this hotel in all the ways!!!

United StatesThe lighting in our room was too poor to read a book at night and that could be a problem for business travelers. Lighting in the elevator also was too low and made finding the right button a nuisance.
We had an excellent weekend stay. The hotel was perfectly located for seeing the old city. Room and service were excellent. Beds were comfortable. We especially appreciated the assistance offered by the front desk staff.
