Great stay. I loved the facilities and the room. All clean, comfortable, private. Calm green yard to sit in and escape from the heat. Lovely host❤️ Can only recommend to stay here if you are in El Puerto.

Unfortunately when we arrived, a lorry was blocking the street, and the one-way system in Santa María is a nightmare for car drivers. Once the lorry had gone, we were able to access the short-term parking immediately outside the hotel.

Very attractive hotel with good kitchen facilities. Very helpful and knowledgeable host who provided a map & recommendations for places to visit. This is a great place to relax and unwind.

As a car driver absolutely no parking although I got super lucky and grabbed a street parking space outside the door! Chance in a million I expect. There may be spaces if you walk a few hundred metres.

Absolutely nothing

The decoration very inventive and quirky. Respecting in the mean time the spirit of this antique house. All beautiful, super clean, with a very nice perfume floating in the air and very calm at night. And Carlos is a perfect amphitryon and give very good suggestion about the magical Puerto Santa Maria

We had looked for accommodation in Cadiz, but due to the Cadiz Carnival, we had to stay in El Puerto de Santa Maria, across the bay. Very lucky, as the town was lovely, so we visited Cadiz, but retired to quiet and peaceful El Puerto. Carlos gave us a map of the locality and circled locations he would recommend for meals and visiting, all of which worked out really well. We loved the entrance patio, with many reallly healthy plants, and even the gentle sound of running water.Also the fact that we could use the kitchen, fridges, and an honesty box for hot and cold drinks. Clean & comfortable ensuite room. A loaned umbrella and phone charger adaptor saved us hassle and money too.

Having to leave

One of the best hostals (even hotels) I have ever stayed in. And I am a very old man who has travelled all my life and stayed in hundreds of hotels from zero star to 5 star. It had character, a great feeling, very comforting and tasteful decor and an excellent, helpful, interesting owner/manager. A great restoration of an old building, too.

This is a very sweet hotel/casa. Very unique and very well organized. The room was kept perfectly cleaned daily, and comfortable The owner, Carlos, was so so helpful. It was close to a great restaurant I highly recommend. Location was great too It was a wonderful stay..

Myriam and Carlos have a beautiful place with so much attention to detail to make the stay comfortable. Carols was excellent with communication when I had a very small issue with the room, he was able to fix it right away. Loved the kitchen and the fridge and the soft playing music made it feel like home. Gracias for a wonderful visit!

An oasis of calm in a vibrant fun town. Very tasteful 50's furniture yet fabulous modern stylish bathroom and a old school balcony The ferry is like a boat trip into Cadiz for less than 3 euros. We love Acadia and usually stay in the old town but in future we will stay here . Really good recommendations in terms of restaurants and cafes. The town was very affordable with good food on every corner. A friendly spot.

Everything was great!

Very well designed casa : stylish, quirky, spotlessly clean,comfortable & central. We loved being able to use the kitchen facilities and Carlos was a kind and considerate host.

Room was a little small but it's quite a compact place.

Charming, lovely little family run hotel (more of a guest house really) and friendly people. Courtyard downstairs with tables and chairs and an honesty bar (EUR1.50 for tea, coffee, beer, water). Lots of quirkiness!
