Although the breakfast is till 10:30 and we arrived at 10:00 the kitchen was already cleaned. The lady was very kind and brought us food etc. but I felt super uncomfortable.

The location is wonderful, with a beautiful view. ;) The room was very clean, with spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. I liked the chairs outside as well.

I was trying to communicate with the property for 24 hours by email and Whatapp before I got a reply. When I did finally get a reply it was a voice message on WhatsApp asking me to confirm if it was me and that I would be arriving. I wondered at that point if she could not see all of my previous messages. I repeated my messages as I was not getting any answers to my questions and would be arriving very shortly. She told me to calm down and stop texting as she would not have time to finish with me otherwise. She said she would send the information I requested and she did. The barrier at the entrance to the carpark didn’t quite give me enough time after entering the code, to get back into my car, close the door and drive through it before it came down again. A little more time would have been appreciated.

Quiet location, spacious, interesting decoration - loved the mural behind my bed! Nice breakfast and a friendly, helpful woman there. Appreciated the heater in the room. Lovely outside area with plants. Very good value for money!

There is no reception which is a bit of a minus, it would have been nice to have someone to ask questions and talk to, but the other guests were very friendly. There is a restaurant next door which i found rather unfriendly and expansive so I ate in the village in the evenings.

Location was excellent, the terrace was beautiful and a lovely quiet place to sit for breakfast or a beer after a long days walking. There were walks directly from the hotel so a car was not needed if you are only there for a few days. Also on a good bus route, although if you want to travel further afield you would need to go back to Arecife and get another bus to other parts of the island. My room was great and imaginitivley decorated. I loved the artistic style of the hotel. The village is lovely and the restaurant at La Era was friendly and very good. Also the food at the Bar Stop was the best, and better than the rather up market restaurants.

The wifi didn’t work well in our room. Not a huge deal.

The property is beautiful, peaceful and private, with just a handful of room inside and surrounding a pretty courtyard. The breakfast had a yummy array of fresh fruit, cheeses and pastries. The bed was comfy and the shower was great.

Everything. Very tasteful guest house with a courtyard garden and stunning views. The room and the end suite bathroom were very spacious. The breakfast was great too. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Best place I have stayed in Lanzarote.

The breakfast service could be better. Lots of fruits but little more. Cheese and ham only offered on 1 day (out of 3) and only 1 plate for 2 people. Croissants/sweets on day 1 were finished only 40 min into the breakfast slot (which lasts 2 hours). On day 3 the coffee machine was broken. There were very noisy guests during our stay. Not a fault of the hotel, but not having a 24h reception means that there is nobody to stop disturbing people from being extremely loud at night.

We got moved to a different hotel, la casona de Yaiza. It has swimming pool and jacuzzi for guests to use, very nice, although the weather was unfortunately too cold to use them much. Restaurant on-site is excellent. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Easy parking in the street in front.

Tea and coffee making facilities were in a hostel like kitchen area and when I tried to use them.... there was no coffee.

Helpful and friendly staff. A lovely private space with fresh high quality cotton bedlinen. Hot water in the bathroom. Great breakfast.

The pool could have been bigger but as the weather wasn't too hot we didn't need to use it much. The opening times of local restaurants was a bit hit and miss, probably due to the time of year.

Breakfast lovely , fresh produce and fresh bread/pastries, friendly staff, view of the coast, well-landscaped environment. Quiet area, hiring a car a must.
