It’s not a big deal but the stairs were a challenge with all the luggage as we were right on top.

It was close to the town centre, bus station and easily accessed. It was a cute, cosy and comfortable spot that was well managed. The staff were professional and friendly. They were kind to provide another meat option at the breakfast table. They were very helpful with questions about how to get to the hotel.

The concierge (Angel) was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive — the absolute pinnacle of hospitality. The rooms were beautiful and the space was incredible. The breakfast was also top notch.

Very nice accommodation, single room not big but well equipped and clean, lovely balcony with a view of the beautiful trilliums, and very friendly and patient server!Also the terrace is so beautiful, enjoying breakfast on such a terrace made my day at soller!

Had a problem with breakfast. I don’t eat bread so for me it wasn’t enough to be given fruit and ham. A breakdown of communication over wanting lactose free milk gave me lactose free yoghurt instead. So I struggled even with the tea because I don’t like black tea

Loved everything!

Beautiful view from the room and a calm and quiet little hotel. We didn't have breakfast on site but enjoyed walking around looking for somewhere to eat. Beware the steep steps, which are part of the charm! Air conditioning was strong, which was much needed on a hot July day. The check in process was seamless (the codes were sent by Whatsapp) as well.

Room was serviced but towels weren't replaced. That was our only dislike. Otherwise worth the stay

Room was spacious. Mini fridge in room, safe and air-conditioned as well. We were on the 1st floor and had a balcony. Roo. Has nescafe expresso capsules available each day. Back yard terrace was a bonus, we could sit out there whenever we wanted and had privacy. Check in details were informative and easy to follow. Parking available within a 3 minute walk but an additional fee. Location was great.

Lovely accommodation in old, traditional building - loved the tiling and architectural features. Excellent location, friendly staff and delicious breakfast in a pretty courtyard.

A charming, cozy, and authentic hotel right in the heart of the town. The little courtyard, nestled among blooming bougainvillea, is absolutely delightful. Just around the corner – a perfect spot for brunch. Highly recommended!

Nothing that stands out. The bathroom was on the smaller size, but you’re not there to swing a cat around and was absolutely fine. My wife loved the fact there was straighteners there she could use.

The location was perfect with only a 5ish minute walk into the centre. For what the hotel offered for the price we was super happy. For the style and location of the hotel/building, the room size wasn’t the biggest, but for the both of us it was absolutely fine and gave us everything we needed. We understood there was no lift and could be lots of stairs to the room from other reviews, this did not put us off and we found it absolutely fine. The court yard was pretty and we sat outside one evening with a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Even though there was only staff in the morning, we had excellent communication through what’s app and they would do anything for us and responded very quickly. The lady that did work in the mornings was lovely and made us fell welcomed.

Loved our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located close to Sóller town center and all the restaurants and bars. The bougainvillea canopy in the courtyard was my absolute favorite thing about this place. Big shout out to Ángel who gave us the best recommendations on where to eat and was just super helpful. We were planning to take the bus back to Palma but it was very crowded and we were kinda stranded. Reached out to Ángel and he ordered a taxi for us within 5 minutes; he really saved the day. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Casa Bougainvillea.
