It’s a bit far from the Camino, but they pick you up from Arzua amd return you next day, so it’s even better than staying in the town

Beautiful house in a tiny village with great landscapes, really well decorated with a lot of museum style details. The food was great and Arnau, the owner, helped us a lot

What a lovely place, and our host went out of his way to help us. The house is 5km out of Arzua, but he shuttles everybody without any extra charge. The food was so good. Best Spanish toast ever!!

The breakfast was delicious! Especially the Casa Assumpta’s speciality toast and the fresh squeezed orange juice. The host made our stay a memorable experience.

Pedro was an absolutely amazing host. He greeted us at reception with a warm welcome. The home and surrounding area was beautiful. The room was so cute and adorable. The whole complex was so nice, warm wood and stone walls. It was quaint. The dinner was delicious as was breakfast! I can only highly recommend this place!

For people on the Camino, the location is not the most convenient. But it’s such a beautiful place. If you have a car or are willing to take a taxi from Arzua, it’s worth staying at. The restaurant price seems high to me, but the owner really does seem to be a good cook. We felt that 8 bucks each for a pretty small breakfast was a little steep. But what we had was delicious, so perhaps it was worth it. We’d definitely be happy to stay there again.

A beautiful country inn about 5 km from the Camino. It’s in a small, lovely village. Lovely countrified room and common areas full of tradition and character. The owner is very friendly, who also prepares dinner and breakfast and takes his cooking very seriously. We didn’t have dinner, but we had a small, simple delicious breakfast. Believe it or not, we had never had toast that tasted as good as his. He said it was a secret recipe.
