Only the one way system was not easy for the hotel parking but be patient and it’s good.

We had stayed here once before and had a very good experience so we hoped that could be repeated. And it was even better this time. We had a big room with a small balcony overlooking the local lane and just one street back from the beach. Parking was just a two minute walk around the corner from the hotel - but it was a bit of a task to drive to it around the one way streets. But we did it! The staff were all excellent especially Marina on reception and the breakfast was very good and informal with good choices and some excellent food made on request. If we come to Roses for a third time then we would definitely stay here once again.

The only thing for me is that a couple of bottles of water are in the room and an extra waste bin.Thats all really the room was very comfortable.

The Hotel Carman is amazing the room was so comfortable very clean.The room has a small balcony looking out onto the road which is not busy so very enjoyable to sit out and relax.The breakfast is value for money and everything you want to eat is there including a cooked breakfast if you wish.The staff are truly amazing so helpful and polite.

Reception staff were excellent. Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Location was brilliant right by all the bars and restaurants and beach.

Excellent location, one street back from a large, sandy beach with restaurants only two minutes walk away. Despite central location, no night-time noise & hotel policy good idea, which is no rooms cleaned after 1pm, so able to rest up in the afternoon if need be as not disturbed. Also brilliant idea - free 24/7 drinking water & coffee available in the breakfast room. We were given two bottles of water when we arrived & able to top these up everyday to use when away from the hotel. Secure hotel parking used for a daily fee nearby in the next street, a little tight with the bays & caution needed when exiting up a ramp then onto the street. Able to drop cases when we pulled up at the hotel, narrow, but then got adequate instructions for the car park from reception. The breakfast staff are first class, smiling/cheerful with fresh eggs/bacon cooked to order with fresh coffee. Reception staff too very helpful & who acknowledged us with a greeting every time we went past the desk, which was nice.

The bed was too much soft and, being an internal room, the view was not great.

The location was very centric, you can find a lot of free parking around. The staff very friendly and the bathroom has been recently renewed. The room overall is comfy.

Very small internal room. No English channels - even for the news. Tea or coffee making was available at certain times but I didn't know when or how to get same - would have helped with a note in the room.

parking a little difficult to find and short walk away. air conditioning was not working and only hot air came out balcony was tiny, overlooking a narrow alleyway and was covered in some sort of insect (maybe caterpillar lavae) that dropped over our table. breakfast was relatively cheap, but small selection.
