Great location, walking distance to Allambra, restaurants and city centre. Good size of double room with air conditioning, TV and nice bathroom. I liked the room colour, and cleanness. . The breakfast area has tables outside with a beautiful view, we enjoyed. Value price for the location.

The location and price were both amazing, but the communication before we arrived, and the welcome on arrival were also fantastic. We've stayed all over Granada, in all kinds of accommodation, but we will definitely stay again at Carlos V.

I think the towels provided by the hotel could be better. Some towels presented some stains, that certainly where there due to previous use and could not be removed. The hotel provided us with new ones, which was great.

The hotel was really close to Alhambra and the Albaicin neighborhood. Both are fantastic point of Granada. The room was cosy, it had AC which was very helpful and the bathroom was spacious.

Insulation of the door, I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. That did not give feeling of privacy and disrupted my sleep

The only minor problem we had was the noise of the air conditioning. It could be disturbing while sleeping.

Hotel Carlos V was located at a very central spot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious, and the large bathroom was the best part. Breakfast was basic but decent. Great value for money.

Brilliant location right in central Granada, close to great restaurants and a lovely plaza, but also on a quieter street, with a supermarket conveniently located next door. Good aircon that was welcome after days out walking in the heat. Great value for money.

The light was in fact 3 nightstand lamps - I had never seen a room without a normal ceiling lamp. The room was unpleasantly dark. Our room was too small for 2 people (I had stayed alone in a single room in the same hotel before and it was significantly larger). There was nothing to put our things while in the shower.

It was cool at night, and since the blanket was thin, I felt cold on the first night. (May)

The staff who welcomed us at the entrance was very polite and gave us a nice explanation. Everything at breakfast was fresh, and it was wonderful to have breakfast while watching the city from the balcony. It was very close to the bus stop and the city center. There was a market right under the building. There were shampoo, soap, hair dryer and clean towels in the room.

The parking was a little way from the hotel and impossible to find without a member of staff, it was VERY cramped and parking was a total nightmare. We realised that for just a little more money we could have parked round the corner from the hotel in the next road, and had a proper parking space and would be much closer to the hotel.
