The staff… they’re still newbies and you need to ask and request everything a lot of time (simple request as a coffee or a Coca-Cola)

Management could be better, instead of sitting on a computer. Go around your personel, put a bar next to the pool, serve some drinks. The Restaurant we expected it to be better, after reading all the good reviews. Children will be children.. otherwise you have to profile yourself as a adultonly hotel.

We truly had the most amazing experience at Can Boix. Words can’t describe the beauty of the place, the scenic nature, the sweetest staff, the delicious meals and the top notch service! The restaurant is 10 out of 10, with nutritious breakfast and very versatile a la carte menu for lunches and dinners. The mountains are breathtaking and the hikes there are must do! The staff will help you out with picking the best hiking trail. My friend and I enjoyed our weekend getaway and we would definitely come back for more!

On Monday breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, literally some leftovers from the breakfast a day before. The good thing is you can order eggs to be cooked for you. Also we couldn’t have lunch on Monday as we suppose to book it in advance, which we didn’t know about. So we had to go to a village close by for lunch, to the only food place was opened that day. The menu in the hotel restaurant was the same for lunch and dinner, the food is good but we ran out of options to choose from by the end of our stay.

Amazing holiday! Beautiful nature! Great location, beautiful hotel terraces and views. Very thoughtful staff, they prepared a cake for my birthday with candles, card and a bottle of cava. That was a wonderful surprise. Thanks again! The food and drinks were good in the restaurant. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony with the mountains view.

There was nothing bad about it

I would like to thank all the staff for their attentive service. And the breakfast buffet and the a la carte dinner were delicious. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

What a lovely location at the foot of the surrounding mountains, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was great and the breakfast was fantastic and well catered, I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. The spa option on the bath was not working which we reported. Not really a problem for us.

Tranquil...didn't have time to sample the evening meal, but breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed.

The hotel used to be family owned, since it has been taken over it has got a little more expensive and the breakfast is not as good as it once was! Also a sign said the swimming pool is only open July and August which was disappointing as the weather was very nice and we would have loved to use it!

Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay due to being out of season.

The hotel is surrounded by hills and beautiful scenery. Lots of walks right at the back of the hotel. We went to the restaurant at the hotel for dinner and was the best meal of our whole holiday! Highly recommend.

Slightly dated furniture and fixtures, but well maintained.

The setting is just incredible. It was everything that I hoped for from the online photos. The staff were also very kind and attentive. Lovely very big room with balcony. The pool was extremely well maintained and just fabulous. Ignore the pool times. The staff wanted us to enjoy the pool even tough we arrived at 6pm when it is supposed to close.

There were no coffee making facilities I the room. But staff sorted out boiling water. Which rectified the situation.

The location was spectacular. The staff were amazing. Food was unbelievably good. Swimming pool. Spa bath, Air conditioning. Just what you need after a long day's driving. FANTASTIC!!!

Would be a good idea to have some larger spoons at breakfast (dessert spoons) for eating fruit and cereals. Tennis court setting and glass surround was wonderful but the court surface not very good and so an upgrade would be a good idea.

For breakfast a wide range of excellent food, eggs and bacon available, good service. Evening meal excellent food. Swimming pool fantastic, inside and grounds of hotel wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Quite isolated, nearest interesting towns are a 15 minute or more drive. Hotel while nice is a bit dated.

Incredible location and setting. 25m lap pool well maintained. Good restaurant open to special requests. Nice staff.
