The house was more about looks than functionality. (Soundproofing nonexistent. Floors are lethal when wet. The two rings on the hob are too close together to be able to cook a meal well. Very small rack for hanging wet clothes. You have to bring the table inside or out to use where needed, a second outdoor table would be better. 4 wild kittens slept on the porch). It did look great. And beds were very comfortable. Very clean.

Area around the pool is grass and very muddy from all the water. Houses very close together with little to no privacy.

Geat quiet natural location near Pyrenees National Parks and close to Ainsa. We stayed 3 nights and moved from older accommodation to the new units for the 2nd and third night. The older accommodation is very dark and not so well equipped. The new units are very clean, and comfortable and well priced.

We were not able to use the pool as it was closed during the week and so was the resturant. One of the reasons I chose the accommodation was because it had a pool as I like to swim most days so this was quite disappointing.

I cooked my own breakfast

Nothing major, but there were a lot of weeds in the area of our tent. It just looked a bit untidy. The tent was very comfortable though

Wecamp was an absolute joy to stay at - the service of the people there was top notch and super friendly, even to us tourists from Australia. We loved our stay!

Not enough cooking utensils

The swimming pool and the terrace in our lodge, being able to open the door completely from the living room. Having air-con was really good too.

Kitchens are barely equipped, just basics. Only one washing machine for whole camping, always in use and it didn't clean the clothes at all. Leisure areas were always full. Damaged equipment. Kids club only for over six years old to be by themselves. Too expensive for what it is.

Bungalow had confortable bed, nice bathroom and was spacious, the layout of the campsite and surroundings were nice. We had a terrace with sitting/dinning options

Sofa was hard, not really useful to relax. We had all we needed in the small kitchen but a couple of coffee pods for the first morning would have been a nice touch.

Location and the staff.

Room was really hot at night ,there was no air condition in the house.

How clean everything it was, how quick they solved any issues and the staff! The bell tents are incredible.

Location is perfect, surrounding is incredible. Our tent looked exactly like in the pictures and equipped with almost all we needed.

Some ropes in our tent were broken so it was not easy to open windows there and only our tent was occupied during our stay. It would be better to have an electric kettle instead of a coffee machine inside the tent. We have spent there a couple of days in October and showers are rarely cleaned at this time. Also we had several auto-messages from wecamp informing us about check-out time at 12 pm but the lady at the reception desk noticed us several times it was 11 am and not 12.
