Loved my room, very clean, quiet. The surrounding of the hotel isn’t super beautiful and the restaurant doesn’t match 5 star expectations. Breakfast was good though.

This hotel is simply amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and the location truly beautiful. The hotel is perfect for relax, sport and great time. Food is excellent. This is the perfect mix between Spanish love and German style.

pool was being emptied - not that we would have used it, more an atmospheric thing

contrary to some posts, the hotel is well renovated, new marble and stone floors in many places, lobby fully renovated with upmarket interior decoration and furniture - our room was all new

I wish it would be on the beach directly, but it is a 10 min walk. Pool has a lots of kids.

The menu for dinner lacks dietary restrictions, for example someone who is dairy free and can’t eat bone fish can chose from the salad options from the menu only. The servers weren’t very compassionate or accommodating. Therefore we didn’t leave a tip for dinner service and nor did we return for dinner during our 4 night stay

If I am really picky: One corner there the wall had some stripes. But other than that: This hotel is very well maintained and radiates hospitality.

Very large rooms styled with an Italian gentlemen's vibe. Nice desks in the room. I worked from my room and it was agreeable. Nice comfortable beds. In other hotels, this would be a suite room. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was worth 5 stars, with options for vegans and vegetarians. They had fresh orange juice, and another fresh smoothie as well, next to the other beverages and even cava or champagne included in the buffet(didn't take it so can't say exactly). Superb service. I got an upgrade to a sea sight room, which was gorgeous. The bathroom was in stone but had floor heating. I had the feeling I had value for my money and would without doubt return to this hotel. without doubt

My room was nice but dark. Room had view to the golf field but it is covered with trees, that’s why we had mosquitos and not enough sunshine to the room, meaning won’t able to dry fast our swimsuits. Room service menu was limited consider hotel has three restaurants. Kids club, unfortunately look like after thought. Our 3,5 years old son wasn’t interested to stay there at all, normally he likes all kind of playgrounds and kids room, new toys. but there everything looked so unattractive.

I liked pool area very much, I liked beach which is just 10-12 minutes walk from the hotel. My room was nice and clean, has good space, I like to be walk free in the room, big bed and sofa bed for our 3,5 years old son. Service through out was phenomenal. Breakfast - very good, both quality and choice!!! Kids club: staff there was very nice and lovely!

The pool is very large and looks beautiful but tiles missing and degraded grouting in areas. Problem with towels placed over pool chairs by people who never seem to be there using them, making it almost impossible to sit by the pool.

Big room with large very comfortable bed and lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was superb with a fantastic range to choose. Great pool service / dining area.

Limited poolside food choices and the spa treatments were very expensive at €105.00 for a massage. But, still really nice with wonderful staff.

Breakfast was beautiful, with a full range of food choices. Clean, relaxed and friendly and attentive staff. our room was a pool facing room with a 3 occupancy, including balcony. Really clean and well maintained with towels, coffee machine and complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar. The pool, again indoor and outdoor, excellent.
