Lovely hotel. Very clean, room was spacious and comfortable, nice bathroom. Big pool. Nice breakfast and tapas available for the most of the day. Really nice and helpful personel. Peaceful and quiet - a bit outside of the town, but close enough to have a lovely walk.

There are a few opportunities to make this an outstanding hotel: 1. Heat the children’s pool.even at the end of July, it was too cold for small children. 2. Add a drying area for dishes in the kitchenette. 3. Add staff in the evening. The quality of service from waiting and kitchen staff deteriorated significantly in the evening. 4. Shower facilities for guests post check out on day of check out.

This was our second visit , not normally something we do but we really liked the hotel and town the first time. Room was very nice with large balcony with morning sun . Breakfast choices were varied and tasty. Pool area is one of the nicest I have used and overlooks the sea so a welcome cool breeze as well as nice view . Lovely walk in to Cadaques but you need to be OK with hills particularly on the way back. Some nice coves within walking distance. And super close to Dali's house of course .

I was in a junior suite, the shower was good but strange. People should be aware that it is a 20 minute walk to town and there are very steep hills in both directions.

They could have done with a waste bin jn the bedroom. And a rack for drying swimming togs. Maybe the hotel could offer (for a fee) to collect people arriving to the bus station. It's a hike with luggage. That's all!

All was great. As mentioned previously, maybe I would add options also in the breakfast buffet with some fresh veggies.

The staff was always going the extra mile to acomodate guests or help with activities out of the hotel. And that made the difference for us. Amazing vibes, all staff was kind and welcoming, it is really visible that the team is working together nicely and it makes guests feel good at the hotel. The facilities are nice, we enjoyed a relaxing time by the pool and studios have kitchen and fridge. The breakfast buffet is complete, I was just missing some fresh veggies like tomatoes or cucumbers. Location is also a good point. Casa Dalí is a 5 min walk (book it in advance, is normally sold out) and directly by the beach in a great fisherman's town. It is hard to park the car in Cadaqués, so this Hotel in Portlligat is a good option if you don't mind having a 15 min walk to make it to the center of Cadaqués.
