Air conditioning was not working.

We couldn't find a receptionist upon arrival, but found instructions with a key for our room. We ended up meeting the owners the next morning and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was charming. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and had plenty of towels and soap. Everything was very clean. We called the morning of our stay upon realizing we had booked a room without air conditioning. One of the rooms with air con was available so they switched it for us. Take care when booking to make sure it has the amenities you'd like. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit wasn't working, but a storm came through and we were able to cool the room down by opening the windows. We were on the top floor in a room with three twin beds. The view from the room was beautiful! Breakfast was included and there was a wide variety of options. The car park is in a field a few minutes away. Overall it was a great stay!

The room was large and well-lit, there was a huge cast iron jacuzzi bathtub, the bed was big and comfy. We loved the old stone building it was in. The breakfast was great; there was a self-serve orange juicer along with all the staples. There was free parking on the soe of the building. We also liked the location just outside Puigcerda and all the empty dirt roads to go walking on.

The only thing I would suggest to upgrade is the TVs to be able to watch Netflix or other apps since the TV channels are a bit limited. Not a big deal at all, just thinking of people who enjoys watching TV.
