I had a great stay! The room was exactly as described. It was very comfortable, and everything was clean and felt new. The location was excellent: everything was within walking distance. The host was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room was nothing like the one on the advert. The same key code was used for the front door as the room, so I didn’t really feel that safe overnight

Location was perfect, walking distance to everything in the city. Space was quite small but ideal for 2/3 nights. The bed was comfy and shower was good, except for the fact it was in the room with no cover. Other than that, very happy with the stay.

Great location, nice and fast responds from host, clean room. Super nice staff, 10/10 for cleaning! Everything is super close - stores, center of the city. Towels, hair dryer, soap, TV are available.

The only thing I didn’t like the room was located in an alley structure for the window who is near a beauty salon. The ladies that worked in salon were quite loud. Woke up to them yelling or just talking loudly.

The location was amazing for breakfast. There’s a little café. They had great food English breakfast. The staff that I met was she was very friendly very nice and helpful

It was a bit noisy the first night. People arriving late at night were unconsidered and made lots of noise. Door and walls are not sound proof so next day I used ear plugs and problem solved.

Cute room in a very quite area, very central. I felt very safe. It has great air conditioning and shower.

Nothing personally! A bottle of water in the fridge would have been a nice add, but no complaints. I imagine some might struggle with the steps, but there's plenty of warning about them in advance.

Great location, in the heart of Old Town, minutes from La Rambla, Plazas etc. I would definitely stay here again. Access was all self-serve and very easy. Comfy beds. The luggage storage is a big plus. It's great to be able to leave you bags somewhere safe, but not be bothering staff to retrieve them!

We stayed in the last room on the top floor so we didn’t hear anything but I think if you are in the rooms on the first floor, it might be noisy.

Location is really good, some very nice restaurants and bars around. Felt a bit more real and less touristy (in Mallorca terms). It’s simple but the price was good for what it was. Contact with the property was very fast and nice.

Small room, but in the heart of Palma not far from the beautiful Cathedra, for one night this is all I wanted. Flexible with the room codes when you enter the property, meaning you can wonder at night visiting this beautiful city and come back late. Bonus is that you can leave your luggage when you check out, thank you, happy with it :) Very stylish bathroom!

Didn’t know anyone would enter our room when we left for the day and there was no hanger for knob to request privacy. If the power goes out can you get out the front door?

The room was Comfortable and clean. We Liked night tables on both sides of bed , the desk, refrigerator, air conditioning and the clean bathroom. We got what we expected. Access to luggage storage is great even though we didn’t use it. Loved help with getting a cab to the airport and the location.

My bed was a bit wonky and sound proofing in a room is basically non-existent. However that was outbalanced by good location and properties charm.

Pretty fair option to stay in the quiet but still very central location. Facilities are a bit dated but clean and cover all the needs for a short stay. I rather liked the option with code access to the hotel and room. Place has a lot of character and charm. It is rather on a basic side of the comfort. I would stay there again if back in Palma. However if you have a very heavy luggage and not too keen on stairs - probably that wouldn’t be your preferred choice of accommodation.
