    Sun beds dirty and torn. Kettle not working. Coffee machines full of stagnant water. No hot water in top kitchen. Half of plugs didn't work. Lights outside not working.

    I am writing this review to express our extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Ca na Mariona in Pollença. Our experience at this property was nothing short of a NIGHTMARE, as we encountered multiple issues that made our stay incredibly unpleasant and uncomfortable. First and foremost, the false advertising regarding the air conditioning was a major letdown. The booking description clearly stated that the property had air conditioning, but in reality, only one bedroom had a functioning unit. This left the other rooms, including the bedrooms upstairs, swelteringly hot and virtually uninhabitable. We had to move the mattresses to the 1st floor and sleep on the floor. In addition to the air conditioning issue, we faced a myriad of problems during our stay. The door lock was inoperable on the second day, leaving us stranded outside the property for an extended period. The property had a persistent humidity odour, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. One of the beds was uncomfortable, causing restless nights due to the noticeable springs. The cleanliness of the towels and dishes was below standard, raising concerns about the overall hygiene of the property. To make matters worse, we experienced a power outage during our stay. The electricity unexpectedly went off, leaving us without power for an extended period. Furthermore, the fact that the circuit breaker would trip whenever we attempted to toast bread demonstrated significant electrical issues within the property. Despite these numerous issues, we would like to acknowledge that the property is located in a good area and has an appealing appearance. We also appreciate that the host was prompt in responding to our calls regarding the various issues we faced. However, despite the host's quick actions, we did not receive any refund or appropriate compensation for the multiple problems we encountered. This lack of resolution further contributed to our overall dissatisfaction.
