A great stopping off point if heading to Bilbao for the ferry, in a small traditional village with lots of old stone buildings overlooking a river. The guest house and the room are gorgeous, with a fabulous bathroom with high end fittings. The main square a very short walk away has a number of bars and restaurants.

Lovely hotel, clean, room was well equipped, even had a fridge. Use of a coffee machine and a microwave. Easy close parking. 30 mins from the ferry. Good communication with the owner. Situated in a nice town.

We had a delightful one-night stay at this charming boutique hotel while traveling from Bilbao to Salamanca. Nothing much not to like. Bar/restaurant in the town square was okay but the food was basic. Some damage to the corner of the shower tray and toilet roll kept coming off the toilet roll holder,. Couldn't fathom out how or if the room was heated as there was no thermostat. However, the weather was mild for November and the room temperature was comfortable.

Easy self check-in. Clean, comfortable and modern room. Quiet in a good location with public parking nearby. Very pretty little town. Nespresso coffee machine available for guests' use. Convenient for an overnight stay en route to the ferry at Bilbao.

Lovely little village. Nice restaurants nearby but beware some are closed on Mondays. The accommodation was excellent, comfy bed, well decorated, lovely & clean, fluffy towels, access was easy due to clear instructions and it was nice & warm on a cold night. We found parking in a lot in the road before and just to the left behind the property. The high standard coffee machine available at the entrance was a welcome addition. Would definitely recommend.

Not much. Bed could have been a bit wider and the pillow less lumpy.

It was just like I imagined when I booked it. Clean rustic. No smoking. Functional. Fridge was a great addition.

Nice place . Clean and comfortable with coffee and tea supplied. Short walking distance to restaurants. Would recommend. Should be aware that there is no private parking on site, though the nearest public parking is just 100 metres away. Not a problem.

First of all the personnel was very nice and helpful, although all it's done "remotely". It's a great place to stay if you want to visit the Basque Country, and you travel by car. Parking is available and free, very close by, and the accommodations where also great. The village is nice and quiet, and in case you need something it has supermarkets, bank and a few nice restaurants.

There is no reception at the place (at least as far as we know), thus it is recommended to communicate with the owner/manager via WhatsApp or the Booking app ahead of time. Self check-in was easy with all the instructions already received; we "found" the key and got access to our room smoothly. The latter was not big but comfortable and very clean with a nice en-suite bathroom. Coffee machine is available for the guests (no breakfast). There are quite a few restaurant options available within easy walking distance. Overall, we were happy with our choice as we wanted a stopover place on our way to Bilbao. Good value for money.

Well located, in a beautiful village. Accessible by car, with plenty of parking space. The room was very comfortable, and the communication with the host was smooth.

The room fragrance was so strong as to make us feel nauseous, so we had to put it in the hallway. Poor air circulation so a fan would be nice. It felt very strange to have no interaction with staff. Soulless.

Too far from Motorway coming from Burgos towards Bilbao. No reception. No breakfast available. If not a Spanish speaker and unfamiliar with the process to retrieve the room key it can be frustrating to gain entry. Host quite rude when contacted.

Our room was not properly cleaned, there was a lot of hair on the floor especially in the bathroom. The building is next to a highway so it's impossible to sleep with the window open, however with the window closed it was a bit too warm for us. The bed is a bit small. In the description soundproofing is listed however we could hear everything from the room next to us and also from the corridor.

The village is cute and there are bars close to the property. The design of the room is nice. The self check in is convenient. There is free public parking near the property.
