The second half of the week a large group of young men arrived they had music very loud around the pool from their personal stereo It's a shame otherwise I would have given Corinto a higher grade

The locks for the doors are a nightmare. . They are coded sort of barrels . You have to put in the code and twist it. And then do the same when you leave. But as a single older person I couldn't work it for a start. And was terrified after a night out I would forget the code. Also I couldn't get in the main gate at night which also has a code system . Such poor lighting I had to use the torch on my mobile phone to see what I was doing. Had 3 attempts and getting in and was getting worried but finally the door opened. A key or card system would be much better.

I arrived early and my apartment wasn't ready but staight away I was given an apartment next to the pool. The problem was the people in the pool were very noisy , but the reception girl soon changed it to another apartment. I just had to wait until check in time. The 2nd apartment was quiet and peacefull. It was spotlessly clean and spacious with a comfy bed. And everything one needs for a holiday away.

The property is a bit far away if you want to reach bars and restaurants. Both pools are cold which was a bit disappointing. At least the small one for kids could be heated. There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom on the first floor when you started taking shower upstairs. In general, as both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, it was not convenient to use the other shower downstairs. We basically only used the toilet there. In the apartment like this I would expect a dishwasher and a washing machine. Though for the latter, there is one available for everyone's use, just that something went wrong during the stay and we were not able to try it.

Property is really close to the beach. The apartment was spacious, newly installed and clean enough. The bathroom upstairs quite large and has 2 sinks. Olga's bar next to the pool povides great cocktails :) The apartment is cleaned and towels changed every third day.

We had an incident where 2 bikinis belonging to our 13 year old daughter were taken from the drying line out the back of the apartment but that wasn't the owners fault

The location was great 2 mins walk to beach. About 10 minutes walk to restaurants and bars, maybe 20 mins walk to centre of Playa Del Ingles. V

Beds . Too soft mattresses was not able to sleep or sit on it. Have to switch from other beds . Good when we did travel 2 people ,other wise if was 4 instead no chance to change over those. In rooms was very hot . Even if we use air conditioner .Was not ale to sleep true the night .Every night was sweating . Room cleaning was done once ,after 6 days of stay . And that was it ,no more true 14 days stay. Check in was poor . We did arrived early ,not able to left our bags at reception ,because lady have to go to hospital visit. No keys for room provided ,there is different system by key code ,which was very confusing .No safe keys .Safe was there but without keys. Wifi was just ok .. not the best /.

The instructions were a bit tricky to follow when first entering the property as we came after the reception desk closed but sending a whatsapp message resulted in immediate responses which was great. Parking can be tricky! But this seems to be a common issue in high summer season for all the hotels. Patience might be needed but in the end we managed to park :).

Very spacious! Big living room, good sized kitchenette and two large bedrooms. We didn't realise it came with two full bathrooms as well which was a nice surprise. The air conditioning is wonderful to have and you can adjust the temperature in each room. Definitely a treat with the hot weather in the summer time.

Unclear instructions to enter the facility, both the apartment and front door had number pads which were confusing at first and the first day the lock to our apartment was locked, we had to call the 24h service BC it was at night, to unlock it otherwise we would have slept in the streets.

The rooms were pretty hot all my stay with no air conditioning. Reception wasn’t open 24/7 which is good to notice if you arrive a bit later like I did. The location was pretty far away from Playa del Ingles (including Yumbo etc.) and even though the beach route was nice, it affected my trip negatively. I was aware of that when booking and thought it would be doable, but the next time I’d really book closer to the centre.

Renovated brand new room was spacious, well kept and had nice furniture. Equipment in the kitchen was in good condition, the room included even a full-size fridge. The pool area was very spacious and not too crowded. The price for the room was very great and would have been even better if I had company in the same room.

Neighbours was partying until 7am so absolutely zero sleep. Booked a double bed property and there 2 rooms with 4 single beds not what I booked. Text the agents in the morning and no reply from them. Definitely wouldn’t book again.

Our apartment wasn’t cleaned once. We asked every day as there was 4 of us sharing and was told by a rude lady at reception “the next day” each time. Got an eye role and rude response when we asked for towels and toilet roll. We used the same bedsheets and towels for the full 7 days. The evening before departure a lady asked if we wanted our apartment cleaned where we obviously said no as we were leaving that night. Massive down fall for such a lovely property. We had no more washing up liquid or cloths to do our washing up had to purchase all our household equipment from shops as reception wasn’t very approachable to give us extras.

Lovely apartments. Modern and quiet very suitable for families. Safe location. Pool and bar was lovely. Plenty loungers right beside the beach. Short walk to shops.

The beds were all twin beds and even when you pushed them together they would easily move away. But really that’s the only thing I could say could be improved. And it didn’t bother us that much.

The property was more than we could ask for. It was modern, clean, well lit, it had all the amenities (including air conditioning, which was much appreciated). The property is 2 minutes away from the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The pool was amazing, the garden was so beautiful, the staff was super helpful, and there is an amazing bar right next to the pool where you can eat and drink for quite cheap (they are separate from the hotel).
