It was all really clean! You had a folding table where we played a lot of games together :) Also, the host was really kind. We could put our stuff away when we arrived early and when we had a late flight.

The location was perfect, in the city center, 1’ from the subway station. The room was simple but with everything you need: air conditioning, Wi-fi, cleaning and changing towels every day.

- you can hear everything from the hallway when you’re in your room. You can also hear every time someone takes a shower or washes their hands in other rooms. The sound of water rushing was so LOUD - there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom - there was no trash bin in the room, only a small one in the bathroom - the power went out on two separate days. On the first one it was very brief but on the next day it would go out multiple times, a little longer times as well

- the perfect location, every major sightseeing spots are within walking distance - the staff was very friendly - good firm but not hard beds - everything was very clean - you cannot hear anything from the streets/outside - amazing air condition

The host was extremely friendly and helpfull! Also the location is perfect, all shops are near as well as good restaurants and clubs. Furthermore the room was really new and modern.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location was central and convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable – perfect for a good night’s rest. It had all the necessary amenities to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. What truly stood out, though, was the host, Jose. His hospitality and kindness made all the difference. Despite my late flight and arriving past the usual check-in hours (for which I had already received clear instructions), Jose was still there, waiting to personally welcome me and ensure everything was in order. This thoughtful, human touch is something you don’t often come across and is deeply appreciated. Thank you so much, Jose – I will definitely be returning!

Nothing, absolutely loved it

The property was very clean, the location is absolutely amazing as it is right by Gran Via, the friendliness of the staff, they were very welcoming and eager to help. Housekeeping was great, any questions and requests we had were promptly addressed, including a request for an iron and luggage storage after check-out, and the property is very modern, with a clean and beautiful aesthetic - overall fantastic value for money and we enjoyed our stay there
