The bed. Mattress too soft, my back hurts like crazy. Very unconfortable. The bed headrest was loose and doing le sexy times made it hit the wall. Awkward. Lastly, the shower is a disaster. Needs a replacement.

The only negative part was the noise from the street. As a light sleeper, I spent a lot of the night awake.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We had a lot of much needed amenities such as a mini fridge and a microwave. The location was perfect for having a walkable experience. When we needed to use public transport, the stations were very close too.

Positive things - Good location : very close to Sagrada Familia; - Easy check in / check out; - Functional AC; - Hot water all the time; - Clean towels and bed sheets. Negative things - The window is an old one and is not closing well; - I was not able to sleep : all the noises from outside are at the same level inside (i had the feeling that i’m sleeping directly in the street); - There is a restaurant at the ground floor with a terace in the street - during the weekend a lot of peoples are staying in the exterior of restaurant and noises are at hight level : please note that the restaurant is closing at 3am during the weekend. - The walls of the room are quite dirty;

Perfect location, the place is a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and there are 3 metro lines available very close by. The staff is super friendly and helpful, with a special mention for the room attendant who is super attentive. The rooms are rated 4 because you can hear everything that is going on in the building and outside. However, the climate is perfect, the bed is comfortable, the room is equipped with a smart TV and the bathroom is large and well-equipped. In terms of security, the building has two doors with passwords before accessing and the apartment has one access to the hallway and another just to your room, super safe.

We did not get new towels during the 3-day stay. The stove took very long to heat up.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean too. The location was great, we could walk to many cafes and restaurants nearby. Sagrada Familia was very close too. Overall, it is good value for money.

Our staying in Brustar was great. The room was very clean and they kept it clean every day. Everyone was very nice and the hoste really kind and helpful. He provided us with everything we needed and we had a direct communication anytime we needed something. Room's location is excellent. We could find closely supermarkets, 24h stores and across the street there was a pharmacy. Metro station was around 4 minutes away. I totally recommend this for everyone!

The absence of a door marker to indicate whether or not to clean the room a certain morning. For those who plan long nights out, having to wake up and tell the cleaning staff to pass by later or not at all is pretty annoying. It's a simple addition and it would do wonders.

The location was great, less than 5 minutes away from the metro and very close to the Sagrada Familia. Reasons price, the room was spacious enough and overall clean.

Shower is a bit small and looks worn down but it’s clean and works great.

Room is very spacious. Hot water , AC and a small balcony. Wasn’t noisy at all even though the room is to the street. We got a microwave and mini fridge for free and a snack tray where each snack is for only 1€. Room is cleaned everyday which was great. Check in was so simple and staff were extra nice and accommodating.

The building was a little musty smelling and we payed more for less space than anywhere else in Spain. That is probably just a function of supply and demand, though. I doubt we could have found anything better for less.

The location could not be better! We could see the Sahara Familia out our window. Public transportation to other parts of the city was two blocks away. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. The room was very clean.

Great location. Easy to find and check in with all the info provided by host. Very good wifi. If you have a late flight home, after check out you can use locker for free and leave your bags there.

Located next to a school where you can hear screaming children throughout the early day but it’s bearable.

Great for solo travelers that want something good and affordable but still want their own privacy unlike a hostel. It is also located very close to a lot of nice restaurants, la sagrada familia and public transportation.
