Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Stunning decor, amazing location, comfy bed. Much more chilled than las ramblas and easy to get to everywhere. We stumbled across the Picasso museum which is around the corner which was a nice surprise. Roof top pool is amazing too. Great staff.

It’s beautiful! The hotel feels luxurious, peaceful, calm, a nice retreat in a very busy and hot humid city. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and have great air conditioning! Very hard-working staff who are very kind and professional. The staff is so awesome! And they cannot do enough to make you feel like your needs are met. We really appreciated that they accommodated our vegan diet at breakfast. The food was wonderful! We had fresh bread and jam, but no vegan butter.), Vegan yogurt, plenty of fresh fruit, juices, coffee, and tea, and even the option to have the chef make made to order sautéed vegetables, and also quinoa bowls with spinach and avocado. It was great to be able to eat well as a vegan/ plant-based eater.
