Good location, Nice views from 4th floor. Big room. Comfy beds. Very serviceminded staff in the reception! The negative is that we had neighbours partying on their balconies in the middle of the night and we could hear everything.The soundproofing of windows and balcony Doors should be better.

The elevator is old and small, I preferred taking the stairs. The room does not have a mini fridge or a kettle, so we couldn't keep the drinks cold, but the bar has very good prices, so that should not be an issue. The bed would have been more comfortable if it had been double bed, not 2 twin beds.

The hotel is well located near the beach, the rooms are spacious and renovated and the staff are very kind. We could also see that they work on renovating the hotel, rooms, and doors, which is really appreciated. The breakfast was complete and very good coffee. Very good prices at the bar.

A small negative note was that it gets loud, especially in the early morning, from 7am, you can hear furnitures moving (probably from the cleaning staff).

The location and the staff is great. You can reach the beach in less than 10minutes and there are bars in the nearby.

Registration is too complicated and long, the hotel for some reason collects too much personal information, such as your place of birth, registration, residence. One phone number for me and my child is not allowed... The breakfasts were not bad, but I missed meat, there was simply none, I don't count the tasteless sausages and bacon.

A pleasant place to relax. The lobby has cozy chairs, books and a friendly cat. Billiards and a veranda are also available.

Nothing was bad with our stay

I recently stayed at NURA Boreal in Palma and had a fantastic experience. The hotel has comfortable rooms and the pool is great. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The location is perfect, situated close to key attractions and public transportation.
