The buffet breakfast serving area wasn’t big enough for the number of guests going through in the 90min window for breakfast. Evening entertainment in foyer area was too small again but number of people and always have a feeling a manic ness. Triple room was same size as the double yet more expensive. This was small then for 3 people. Maid wasn’t aware of numbers within the room and often only left 2 clean towels. Air conditioning also wasn’t working correctly; loud noises during the night then dripping water when switched on. Had to be reported twice before anything was looked at.

Very good price for value. Nice room cleaned every day, very good breakfast and dinner, lots and lots to choose, nice open dining area which we enjoyed very much, nice and polite staff, the pools were clean.

Awesome quality for that price. Rooms are reasonably clean, and the terace is very good. The breakfast was ok, the location is very good, close to the beach and the train and bus station. Would return again

Main pool could do with a refurb but it’s still ok. No English entertainment, however we weren’t bothered too much. Bfast hours could be a little longer to avoid crowds.

Air con is good, location is very good. Clean and value for money you het what you paid for. It’s a *** hotel. Children’s pool is nice and the main one is ok too. Food is ok and plenty.

Everything was great, the only thing I could fault is that the dinner hall is far too small for the amount of people. People start queueing 15 minutes before the hall is open. Then you have to wait. The pool is miles too small for the amount of people, from above looks like beans on a plate, so many people in a tint pool, this didn't bother us as we wouldn't have used the pool anyway. All in all a good stay, we would definitely stay here again.

the sound insulation is not great. we hear the neighbors. do not forget to bring ear plugs food is ok for the price but not amazing

we had a short stay here but it was very comfortable. Good swimming pool, breakfast, clean. Specially I want to notice how polite and welcoming was the staff of the hotel. absolutely everyone starts from reception ends with safe guard at swimming pool!

1 thing I will comment on. The kettle is set up on the desk but no where to plug it in. I had to move furniture as plugs both over the bed. Shouldn't really plug in bathroom for safety. Also it would of been nice to have a small fridge in room to keep drinks cold. I would purchase water and it would go warm really quickly. That is the only issue, so easily solved .

I stayed with my son and daughter for a week. Had a brilliant time. Bar cheap drink, and food was brilliant. Rooms great size. Defo coming back next year thankyou for a lovely stay. Nadine, Lauren and Lewis xx

The food was absolutely disgusting, they mixed leftovers from lunch for dinner to make a "salad" even leftovers from yesterday, you just gotta eat in order to not be hungry and cause you payed for this, there are wasn't much choice either! We were staying there from 05.08.2024 till 18.08, our bedding was changed twice, twice for 2 weeks, we ran out of shampoo it hadn't been replaced until i asked. It was the worst hotel i ever stayed!!! And no fridge in the room

Forget about getting any sleep. The pool side extremely loud and the doors of the rooms are super heavy and so people smash it loudly. The walls are so thin that you can hear every single word of your neighbours. We really suffered for the whole duration of our holidays. We bought the best earplugs and still the noice was just terrible!!

The location is good, rooms are clean, staff is very nice, breakfast was good, although very croudy.

We paid for a four-bed room, moved to a three-bed room, there is no hairdryer for drying hair. A big minus is the lack of a refrigerator in the room.

Nothing comes to mind…. Just our own fault we didn’t pay the extra and go all inclusive.

Very clean rooms, bedding fresh always…. Chamber maid came in every day and did an excellent job! ‘Bodo’ was her name, very cheerful. Pool was spotless, swam in it almost every day for 2 weeks. We were room only but wish we’d gone all inclusive… but the snack bar kept us going between meals, with a countless choice of drinks and snacks. Staff, especially the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We did eat twice in the restaurant, a breakfast and a lunch and there was plenty of choice to suit every taste. Pool actually larger than it looks on the website… with plenty of sun beds so there was never a mad rush in a morning to get your towel on one! As we’ve had at many hotels before. Would we come again? Absolutely! And we probably will do in the next few months. It’s a 3 star and in my opinion, as an ex holiday rep., it’s definitely a 3 plus standard. Room 224 overlooking the pool.

The swimming pool was dearty. Hotel is very old, noisy, room was little. Because of problem with payment terminal, I pay twice for 1 room. And hotel didn't answer for my letter, were I ask go return my money!

The beach was nice and comfortable. I like dinner, but a lot of people in the restaurant is a very big problem. I have to wait for a 15-20 min. for pizza and other dishes.
