This is not a hotel so there was no staff nor check in nor breakfast facilities to rate. The room was great with its own private patio/lounge chairs and even an outdoor shower. The room was very clean, modern and very private. Great bathroom. Excellent location to experience the best parts of Valencia.

Soundproofing could be better.

The location is ultra convenient for use of public transport; there're plenty of restaurants around. The room itself and the terrace are very stylish. Responsive staff, helped us out with the technical issue during the check in in no time.

They could have a bathroom for people to shower/change, as check-out is quite early and most people will be walking around town before leaving the city.

Room was spacious, and the terrace was a nice touch. Very easy check-in, and we were able to leave our luggage in the lockers due to check-out time. The staff is very responsive. Location was fantastic!

This was the best hotel without a reception that we’ve ever stayed in! The cleaning staff, specially Neyvel, were incredibly helpful and always made an effort to understand us. The rooms were spotless, and the mattress was very comfortable — we had such a great rest. We’ll definitely recommend it to our friend and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Being on the ground floor there is no view, and the tea/coffee making facility was a bit limited.

Very well located for exploring not only Russafa, but also the historic centre of València. Everything was within walking distance. Stylish room, large bed, great shower, easy access.

Had a great stay at Hotel Blanq Ruzafa! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Arantxa was incredibly helpful and always replied super swiftly. There was an on/off sewer like smell . It might have been an occasional issue . So hopefully it can be addressed.

The location is in the wonderful vibrant neighborhood of Ruzafa . The room is very clean and with a comfy bed and great ourdoor space .

I had a room at the front and there was noise from outside. There was no reception so communication was through WhatsApp. This worked perfectly however.

Amazing location in the nicest area of Valencia for restaurants and bars and less than 10 minute walk to the train station with multiple metro lines around too. Online check in/code entry worked fine. Comfortable room and beds. Nice bathroom. Lovely outside area although I don't know what the outside shower is for because it is very overlooked!

The online check in was a little tricky for me, but Arantxa was very helpful, I'd recommend WhatsApping for help, they're available even very late in the night. Issues were very easily resolved.

A great place in a great location. Nice room, and very accommodating staff. All staff I was in contact with were very responsive and helpful, Arantxa was particularly helpful.
