We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AndorraI couldn’t get the wifi to work in the bedroom. The hotel didn’t have any parking of its own but there’s plenty of parking around the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent. The room was on the small side but perfectly adequate for my short stay. The radiator provided quick heat which was appreciated. The bathroom was good and clean. The receptionist was extremely helpful in trying to get my wifi to work and giving me directions to a particularly restaurant.

United KingdomMost of the room was clean however, there were bits of red muck and what I imagine and hope were only bits of food left over from previous clients on one of the walls and on the TV remote. The Internet in the room was a bit temperamental at times but it was overall fine.
First of all, the staff were really great, super friendly and accommodating, they assisted me on where to go to eat and my best means of travel to certain places.. The location was also pleasant. There are good facilities at this place with a good breakfast selection inside of a quaint building.

SpainThe reception is open only from 3pm. If you arrive a bit earlier, there is no way to go inside the hotel. Also they are closing quute earlier. It is impossible to get anything from the bar at 10 pm (they are locking the door...). The room is super basic, very uncomfortable beds. There is a pool, which is nice, but opened only from 4pm to 8pm. In the pool area, there is like a sauna, no toilet, no towels.
Breakfast is quite good, more than decent coffee. There is a pool, even the schedule is ridiculous- only from 4pm - 8pm.
