How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The only down side is that the room didn’t come with a fridge or a balcony. However there was an option to rent/ buy a fridge for the week with was handy
We thought the property was exceptionally clean, the bins were done every day and the bed was made. Getting fresh towels everyday was also really good. The pool was great, with access to a bar. It was also not too busy

Small balconies.

Mattresses were uncomfortable. Parking could be a challenge - you can park on the roads, but you have to be lucky to find a free spot. A few days before the arrival we were asked to click an emailed link to allow the bank debit from the card. I refused to do that as it seemed suspicious. After an exchange of a few messages through Booking.com, the hotel debited my card even without me clicking suspicious links.
Very nice and helpful receptionist Lida from the Czech Republic was a pleasant surprise 🙂. She gave us tips for bars and restaurants. The location is convenient - close to the promenade, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was ok. The accommodation was just fine for one-night sleepover.

I was on the ground floor in a single room and the drain across the road was loose, so bang bang bang all night when a car crossed it. Very annoying!😡
The property is close to the restaurants and shops but far enough away to the quiet at night.

Your can hear your neighbors very loud. First night I think rooms were not occupied but second was disaster. They walked out on hall every 20 minutes and in the room played music until 12 am. I spoke to them 3 times to shut up... About rooms - not enough pillows, very hard mattress. Light im room very poor

The bed was so uncomfortable, I felt every spring in the mattress. This was the least comfortable bed by a wide margin of the 3 hotels I stayed in on Mallorca.
The staff were great , very nice and professional. I like the location it was a little bit away from busy area and my room was quiet. The AC in my room was by far the best of all 3 hotels I stayed at in Mallorca. The breakfast was good.

The Staff was very Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good and sufficient and varied . Absolutely incredibly clean. The room was cleaned every day. Always enough towels and all special requests were fulfilled. The volume was always taken into account, so you had one pleasant quiet stay. Centrally located. A few meters to the beautiful bays of Cala Gat and Cala Agulla

The hotel and furniture bit dated and can do with updating.
The location was very good close to main road and activities. The breakfast was generous and very good. Good base to stay and go out for activities.

The room was spacious and had a balcony, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the breakfast too - the bacon was very tasty. For 14€ per person you can use the spa facilities. You just need to give the hotel an hour or so notice. The spa has a jacuzzi (in my opinion not suitable for more than two people) and sauna.
