The hotel is in a very good location, right by the beach with a pleasant sea view and easy access. It’s clean and comfortable, with shops, cafés, and restaurants just around the corner. The staff are also friendly and welcoming, which makes the stay even nicer

The apartment was smaller than we expected. Too small for 4 people especially for stays more than a night or two. The bathroom is very small also, we are slim people so it was ok.

Location is perfect. Really clean. We slept well every night. Perfect ratio of guests for the size of the pool area. Guests didn’t hog the loungers by the pool with towels.

Pool was a bit small and would gather tree debris throughout the day with nobody to clean it. I ended up using the pool net in the utility room and cleaned it myself before going for a swim.

Lack of ice box in the fridge, lack of sun umbrella and d sun towels, lack of coffee and tea, see salt you need to go before entering the room to Lidl which is in 1km and buy the coffee - in my picture I wish in hotels in public spots cigarettes are prohibited it is a poison. Smokers stink and poison others! The water in Alcudia is not clean you need to go somewhere else in Calas. It is the best for small chilndren in the beginning very shallow.

I love Mallorca! People are so Great and with totaly positive energy! They treat you with respect and they always are nice. Exceptional island! In apartment Managers are so helpful and nice staff has always positive attitude if they can help they do it. They view is perfect if you have car it is near to best spots in west. The room is clean with nice smell you can cook there. Beds are very comfy. Very peaceful place for peaceful people without noisy music. Next are shops restaurants but still is very quite place located directly in the beach.They provide room towels , soap and cleaning wipes.

Bedroom and living room has two separate air-condition but both can be operated with one remote controll, which was sometimes a bit difficult, because turning off one turned off the other too and was a bit confusing how to adjust them properly. Not big problem, maybe we just didn't know how to work them separately. Before the check-out time we leaved the room to have breakfast, and when we returned the keycards were already blocked however there was still 30 min until check-out time, so... We were lucky that there was staff at the reception that time, who helped us to get in the room again to take our luggages. Anyway they have an "emergency number" if there is any problem, but this is something to take attention in the future.

Very good location, bars, supermarkets, restaurants nearby, located directly by the beach, only few steps from the pool the white sandy beach. Fantastic view from the balcony in the morning with a coffee, or at night with a cocktail to look at the sea. A lot of sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach. Apartment is clear and good equipped, not noisy. Pool is fantastic, clear and good temperature water, refreshing even after the sea. Apartment building main entrance from the street, and another entrance from/to the beach at a rear gate by the pool, both opened with keycard, so no strangers can come in from the beach. Excellent! Staff isn't always at the reception but they sent all the infos to get into the building with a code and receive the room keycards with a self-check-in machine. Very easy!

I am very grateful to the owners for the wonderful welcome, a beautiful quiet place with amazing sea views. The pool is great, the rooms are small but cozy, everything you need is in the kitchen.

The welcoming of the staff. Very friendly and nice. They also took my bicycle bag and luggage up to the apartment. I was there for the Ironman 70.3 race and the apartments are just infront of the swim start, and 100 meters from the transition zone. Best location

Lack of facilities ie oven , toaster would have made trip easier as I would have liked to sometimes had toast or stayed in a cooked . I little more information at the property would have been useful ie room Wi-Fi , check out procedure , local bus timetables etc

Great location, nice sea view, clean room. We had a side sea view room which I did not like in the beginning (even tried to change the room for direct sea view) but it turned out the best option for enjoying sunrise and sunset, to have a breakfast or afternoon snack on the balcony without being bothered by neighbors :-). The room is rather small, there were two of us, and I would say it was okay, with more people it would be definitely not enough space, rather tight. The room was a bit shabby but very clean, the sheets were very good, and the beds are big and comfortable. There are some supermarkets right near the apartments (I would prefer spar which is closer to the port). So I bought fresh croissant and other pastry every morning and we had a nice breakfast on the balcony. We actively used the public transport to get to Alcudia Old town, Pollenca and to come from and to airport (Bus A32) - the nice one our trip throughout the island, when you can enjoy the views. Overall it was a nice stay during offseason, we really enjoyed our stay in Mallorca.
