Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was incredible, right where you want to be in Barcelona. Literally on La Rambla, easy access to Gothic Quarter, Beach, Harbour and the underground.

SingaporeThere was no clothes rack when we arrived, although it's stated in the property site. I messaged the property and also requested for some hangers as there was none. Sadly, in my stay of 4 nights, none arrived . The reply message was rather curt and unhelpful.. So we just made do without it rather than pursue matters as we wanted a memorable holiday
Location is excellent. Amenities, food, pharmacy, and metro are within walking distance, yet it's just off the bustling street, so relatively quiet and peaceful. The apartment is large too, so there's ample space for several luggages and still not feel cramped.

United StatesThe apartment building was located centrally but the street was pretty noisy as it was right in the middle of La Rambla (Market Street). The apartment was clean but the sofa bed was little uncomfortable. The hosts were very friednly, responsvise and helpful. Overall it was great expereince.

Very nice location, on the ramblas. Metro station nearby. Close to the harbor too. Quiet / soundproof. Spacious, clean, very confortable. A/C. Well equipped, with dishwasher, laundry, and enough for breakfast (Nespresso and complementary coffee, kettle) as well as cleaning set. Possibility to store luggage temporarily. Parking Eden nearby. 30 euros/24h.

United StatesThe second shower needed instructions for use oddly enough.
Host will send the code to get in when it the 3 p.m. arrival time. Not before which was fine with us. It is a little dated. Had a slight issue with air conditioning in one bedroom but host fixed it as soon as I contacted them. Terrace was very nice but unusable due to the heat which is no reflection on the hosts as it isn't their fault. Very near the subway which was helpful.

Happy Apartment was a wonderful place to stay. It was spacious, very clean, very good location to the La Rambles, Washing machine was a big plus. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms and an elevator.

RomaniaA little bit noisy but not from the street, it had two sets of windows. You could hear the persons from the other apartment, but this is a small inconvenience, when you choose the centre of the town you don’t expect silence
It is very well located, right near Rambla, comfortable, spacious, quite new with good facilities. The communication was very good, we had a problem with a sink and the personnel arrived for fixing it in one hour. The apartment was very well-decorated and they were carrefull at the details e.g. organic toilletries

Very clean apartment, location was fabulous, exiting the apartment you are right in downtown Barcelona with lots of restuarant options and shops. Bedrooms were good-sized and bathroom toileteries were a nice touch. La Boquiera is a 4-minute walk from apartment- so many local food vendors- must visit there!

SerbiaYou had to pay a deposit of 150 Euros on top of your stay and they ask for a lot of information which is quite confusing on the website they provide you with. They are not a physical hotel with a reception which is why they do this but It’s not for me.
