Everything was great except one day we saw a tiny lizard but that was just the weather , not your guys fault at all

I liked the space ,the modern furniture the staff were very helpful and it was very clean and we even got a balcony which was great for the price we payed and an excellent view it included!!

we had the 4 bedroom apartment, the "view" out of one room were not very pleasant when it comes to the cleanness, we had to keep the blinds and window closed during the stay, wasn't the best for the air.

The host/staff Oscar was very friendly and professional. The apartment is spacious. And only a 5 mins walk to Sagrada Familia, from our balcony, we could even see a little bit of it.

The deposit is very big 300 euros, and upon leaving the apartment there was nobody that could come and see if everything was left in good order, and the deposits are returned after 5-7 days. Also we pay for a cleaning fee, but we still need to pay to take out the trash... The iron didn't work in our apartment but everything else was in order.

The location was great, the apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed, the neighborhood was very quiet and there are stores, bakeries and everything you need within walking distance.

Spacious enough with two bathrooms for two families total for 7 people. Very clean. Convenient location with metro and supermarket. 10mins walk to Sagrada Familia.

On day 1, we found parts of the apartment had not been cleaned properly - such as the oven and some of the kitchen drawers. However, the host remedied this the next day. By the time we were back from sightseeing on day 2, the apartment was spotless.

The apartment was spacious and fit my family of 4 + all our luggage comfortably. There were two bedrooms, which were very convenient for when the kids wanted their own space. The location was very convenient - a short walk to the Sagrada, grocery stores, luggage storage, shopping etc. The host who let us in was very friendly and helpful. It has a nice terrace, which looks out into an internal courtyard.

Just 2 complains or rather suggestions, The bathrooms needs something to hang towels and clothes to change.. even behind the door and near the shower. Secondly just a suggestion that being a big apartment the toiletries were too small to use for a big group . And if somewhere to put up our bags at a height. For us with little erderly parents , they found it difficult to bend down and open bag each time.

So the apartment was superbly clean.. Beds. comfortable . Everything in place. Walkable to bus and metro and accessible to the whole city. Quiet area but safe neighbourhood. The complaints were well attended. Someone came immediately when our aaircon didn't work by us. So helpful and very answerable staff.

The washing machine is a little different to function. We couldn’t figured out how it is supposed to dry the clothes and the staff also.

I did not like that we have to be the one to put the trash away altho I would not mind keeping the trash in a bag and just putting it aside in a corner of the flat so the cleaning person can take it out after we check-out coz in my mind, the cost of our stay already included the cleaning fee. Also, lack of trash bags and dishwashing soap for the dishwasher

Minus a rude neighbour we really enjoyed our time staying at the flats.

A really good amount of space, had everything we needed and in an easy location to get to public transport as well as close to convenience stores.

There were no instructions on how to use the washing machine and the stove. It was hard to start the stove.

I liked the location, the terrace, and the beds were comfortable. The flat was not fancy, but it met our basic requirements. A short walk to the Sagrada Familia and the metro. Lots of little shops and a larger supermarket nearby.

The doors must be changed. They make a lot of noise even you close/open them very carefully.

The hosts were very good at answering our queries and the property was clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Good location for Sagrada Família and good access for supermarkets when self catering.
