The area around the hotel was really busy at nighttime and entrance from all of that was a bit shady, but it was ok, we coped with that.

The room was beautiful and special, wonderful balcony, very good bed and lots of nice details. Everything was really clean and the coffee was good

Small hotel in the heart of Bilbao’s old town (pedestrian zone), perfect for exploring the city on foot. Very kind and friendly host who gave us a warm welcome and valuable recommendations. Option to store luggage on the day of departure. Good facilities, even including a hair straightener. As mentioned in other reviews: if you are looking for a very quiet place, this might not be the right choice. However, we really enjoyed our stay, even though it was festival time, we slept very well.

The facilities were very basic and it was on the 2nd floor with no lift.

The location was excellent to explore the historical center and only 25-minute walk from the Guggenheim. The morning staff was very helpful with tips and generally enquiring how my day was.

Depends which room you‘ll get, it can get quiet noisy during the night. But with the earplugs they offer it was also not such big of a deal.

The rooms were amazing! We had everything that we needed, even an offered coffee in the morning. Bathrooms were huge and also the rooms were cozy and the beds super comfortable.

Cost vs value, position. It was in the middle of the old section, whi h Is the heart of the city. As a result, you are surrounded by the restaurants, bars, and artiginal shops. By being here, you get a real flavor for the city. The noise from the street Is audi le, but that Is part of the experience. The room was very comfortable and good sized. Exposed beams and bricks added to the ambience.

Only small downsides were that there are a few flights of stairs to reach the property, which could be challenging with heavy suitcases. And there was no kettle in the room, which we would have appreciated.

Perfect location in the old town. It was clean and comfortable, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the quirky design of the room made our stay even more special. There’s a common area with a coffee pod machine which is a nice plus.

Unfortunately it was extremely noisy. I suspect this was because ours was the room that looked out over the street - it seemed to be in the key location where everyone chose to stay out at the bar until the early hours. It may be quieter at other times of the year, but even the ear plugs provided in the bathroom couldn’t help here.

This was a super place, extremely clean with a lovely little area near receptions with coffee and fridge access. The arrangements for access were clear and easy to follow. We loved our room which felt very Shakespearean - we both wanted to stay in it and write a play whilst watching the world go by.

The pension was right in the middle of town above some very lively bars that sold great pinchos. We really enjoyed the location but it is noisy at night. The bars close around 3am with lot's of people on the streets. Ear plugs were provided and we slept well. Room was comfortable spacious and vert stylish. Would strongly recommend, especially if you wish to enjoy the night life.

No elevator up to the Hotel's floor, but this is pretty normal in Europe and the hotel is only on the second landing up so muscle up and enjoy!

Very responsive staff that helped me coordinate logistics like an airport taxi through Whatsapp, which is extremely useful as someone who doesn't have a European phone. Otherwise the aesthetic is simply top notch and extremely comfortable.

It’s a late night party area below the balcony, so if that’s not your scene ask for a room at the back. The good quality balcony door did reduce the noise a lot. If you can’t stand the noise, join them.

Classic Botique experience in old town. Fun decorations with music theme and tree sculpture in entry area. Kept me stocked with coffee capsules. Code and key system world well. Receptionists were nice when around. Air con was a must. Worked well and was quiet. Close to transport too.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Great for touring the city. Lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Room decor was very artistic and bathroom was really lovely. Reception staff very helpful and patient.
