Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Spain- Given that at night temperatures dropped to 8 degree I believe the electric blankets should be already available in the tents before asking for it. - Fee for dogs is not mentioned on booking, so came as a surprise. - A pity dogs are not allowed in the cabins.
I loved the location and the facilities. Beautiful pool area with plenty of space to relax, live music on Saturday, beautiful surroundings to go for a walk. Close proximity to villages such as Puigcerda & Alp which are lovely. Beautful restaurant space offering great coffee, breakfast and great lunch/dinner options. The location is dogfriendly and dogs are allowed in shared spaces incl. restaurant.

SpainThe second evening we could not eat in the restaurant as it was closed. SO, we went shopping in Carrefour, just 7 minutes away from the camp. And we did a barbecue, using the facilities in the Basecamp.
We loved the place, the nature with its creatures. The morning songs of the birds brought joy and peace in our hearts. The Base amps is a very well thought concept for the relaxation of families with children. Our son participated during the three days of our stay in different art workshops in a dedicated zone called Kids Zone. We slept in a tent, a large tent where we had inside three very comfortable beds, shelves and a fridge. In the Basecamp there is a very nice swimming pool where our son and the other kids had a great fun. The staff is polite and kind with all guests. I loved the morning walks in the surrounding areas.

Spain"We realized that we chose the wrong room for our family, as it only had one double bed and a sofa bed. Next time, we'll be sure to book one with two bedrooms for a more comfortable stay."
"The breathtaking views, the cozy cabin, the top-notch facilities, and the seamless accessibility—everything was simply perfect, almost magical!"

United KingdomFirst I'll say, this is mostly a place geared towards families, so something to be aware of if you're looking for peace and quiet, or are not particularly fun of small children running around constantly. Our cabin felt unfinished, like some things were rushed. And it fact we later found this out from the cleaning staff. I would have preferred to been told this up front and perhaps received a discount or some complementary coffee or tea (which by today's standards should be included anyway, especially at this price). The appliances in the cabin are cheap brands, and despite being clean, it was far from spotless (again, remember that you're paying 200€ a night, at least in my case). The coffee and pastries supplied at breakfast were not very good. I was assured the coffee was specialty coffee. Perhaps the staff was just not skilled at making good coffees (how can you ruin an Americano, seriously?). I was also charged 8€ for an Aperol 'Spritz' with no soda, which basically amounts to something not very good. Our cabin was also awkwardly located in such a way that everyone had to walk past right in front, which greatly reduced the feeling of privacy. Of the 3 main windows, two had blackout curtains but one did not, and so we had to hang up a towel to block out the morning sun. Some of the paths are badly maintained, and ever so often there's an ugly stack of cinder blocks for what ever reasons atop which a WiFi repeater is awkwardly perched. You have to use an app to register for activities. It's 2025, and this whole "exclusive app" format for booking activities has been done to death and I certainly don't have the time or patience to deal with this kind of thing. Advise to the owners: I see what you're trying for, but I think you really missed the mark. For 200€ a night I expected a lot more, and the attention to detail is really lacking.
Interesting cabin format, the staff were mostly helpful and eager to please, although some of them appeared rather young, inexperienced and quite aloof and spaced out. Quiet at night, although you can hear a distant rumble of traffic from the nearby main road.

United StatesI booked the property because of the advertised restaurant on site and an EV charger. The EV charger was a nightmare to use, as it was owned by a third party that was nearly impossible to use and required 1 hour of customer service telephone work by a staff member to get any kind of a charge. The restaurant is quite limited and is only open over the weekend at this time of the year. The nearest town with restaurants is a 15-minute drive, but staff gave me a great recommendation. An additional drawback was the inability to drive to the individual tiny home/cabin . He'll tell staff did their best with a golf cart.
The staff was friendly and did their best to be helpful

We stayed at Base Camps for two nights and had an absolutely amazing experience! Everything was spotless – from the tents to the communal areas – and you can really tell how much care goes into maintaining the place. The facilities are new and very well-designed, blending comfort with nature perfectly. There were so many activities to enjoy, especially for kids! It’s a great environment for children to explore nature safely and freely – they were constantly entertained and happy. The setting is peaceful yet full of life, with something to do around every corner. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured everything was just right throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be coming back!
