Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaIt would be good to have a directory in the apartment to show how appliances, safe etc are used. Also, as most of us are not familiar with the rubbish disposal system used in Spain, rather than just say dispose of your rubbish nearby, it could be explained that the bins are out on the street and that you need to separate into different receptacles. I was quite surprised that with what we paid per night that we had to dispose of our own rubbish.

IsraelThe need to get the keys in another part of the city is very annoying. Strong audibility from the entrance due to the complete lack of soundproofing of the front door. View from most of the windows onto the wall of the neighboring house.
The apartment has adjustable air temperature, everything is clean and works as it should. The concierge is friendly and always ready to help.

Elevator is very small and slow so it may take 2 trips to get everything to room. Noisy neighbors and you can hear things on other floors. Location is good. Apartment itself is comfortable though.

The location was very good along with the food options,metro and cabs being very easily accessible. Showers offered nice water pressure along with the host giving extra necessities e.g tooth brushes,soaps.
