There was one night that the electricity went off, and it was midnight. Good thing reception was responsive thru whatsapp. Cleaning and change of towels have fee.

The steps up and down from the elevator made loading and unloading the luggage difficult.

I loved the layout and the space. Having two bathrooms is rare and made the stay more comfortable.

The check-in location is quite far from the apartment building. Although we were informed to check in at a separate location beforehand, I assume most guests aren’t aware of the distance between the check-in point and the apartment. It would be helpful if this could be emphasized more clearly before arrival.

The reception was located quite far from the appartment and the center. We asked for an early check in but the room was not ready, so we had to come back for a second time to have the keys. Not really convenient.

The location of the appartment was really centered in the city. Two rooms with two bathrooms. Great for a group.

We had problems with the electricity in one of the apartments for a short period of time. In the other apartment we had ants in the bathroom and got locked outside the apartment with both cards not working for about an hour.

It would be good to have a directory in the apartment to show how appliances, safe etc are used. Also, as most of us are not familiar with the rubbish disposal system used in Spain, rather than just say dispose of your rubbish nearby, it could be explained that the bins are out on the street and that you need to separate into different receptacles. I was quite surprised that with what we paid per night that we had to dispose of our own rubbish.

We arrived in the city at night and key collection location is far from the apartment. It is very incovenient.

Proximity to Sagrada Familia and other notable sights. Several resraurants and supermarkets in the vicinity is also a big plus.

The need to get the keys in another part of the city is very annoying. Strong audibility from the entrance due to the complete lack of soundproofing of the front door. View from most of the windows onto the wall of the neighboring house.

The apartment has adjustable air temperature, everything is clean and works as it should. The concierge is friendly and always ready to help.

Hair dryer didn’t work .

It was brilliant . Size. position. Clean. Comfortable . My friend snores really badly so it was prefect bedrooms with both bathrooms between us . I didn’t hear a thing. Thank you .

The hot water in one bathroom ran out in 2 minutes. Seems there might be an issue with one of the water heaters. Elevator is very small and slow so it may take 2 trips to get everything to room. Noisy neighbors and you can hear things on other floors. Location is good. Apartment itself is comfortable though.

The stairs were a bit long however the lift made that bit better, to be honest didn’t really have any complains with this property very happy!

The location was very good along with the food options,metro and cabs being very easily accessible. Showers offered nice water pressure along with the host giving extra necessities e.g tooth brushes,soaps.

The hot water was inconsistent. host said they would fix it but never let us know any updates while we were gone & once we came back the problem was never solved.

It is perfectly located around most tourists spots, which made it easier to navigate throughout the city.
