The sofa bed in the living room is a sofa, not really a bed (even when open). Your kid needs to be really not picky to sleep there.

We booked one night for a quick stopover. Communication was super simple and easy. You don't need a key to get in, and directions are easy to follow. The apartment was spotless! Coffee, tea, and complimentary wine were lovely additions. Location is awesome, right on the Rambles, and next to a taxi station. You don't need to book a taxi to the airport,as taxis are always there.

The location was perfect! The beds were very comfortable. The space was beautiful and roomy for our family. The host left a wonderful information packet with maps and restaurant recommendations, all of which were delicious!!!

We simply loved it. The location, the apartament itself, bathrooms, towels, all facilities, everything was there. The bottle of wine in the table made us start a celebration of two wondeful days there.

central location. one stop by regional train from the Barcelona Sans. delicious Tapas restaurants within 1 block. Sagrada familia 5-6 stops by metro.

The beds were started sinking …. I think they need replacement. The area was convenient enough, there were a few convenient stores close by. However, watch out for pick pocketers. We were picked pocketed right in front of the apartment before getting into the building…. This could be every where in Barcelona. They are hunting for preys of visitors everyday.... even while you might be sitting in a store waiting!

The property was spacious and clean. Welcome gift was a nice gesture especially after too many hours of flight. The customer service was great, very prompt reply. The mgmt was organized.

The apartment is well handled, but some basic maintenance could be useful in some aspect. The beds are comfortable but easily slide Currently in the building (or next building) there are some construction work or maintaining...the noise in the apartment war laud sometime

Probably because it was on a weekend coz sadly, loud music was playing from somewhere below (could be from a nearby hotel or bar) ended only at 3am. Light sleepers like myself and son could only sleep (in peace) after that 😅

The apartment is not only cosy and clean but it also strategically located.

Location was spot on. Central, not too far from the nearest metro station and supermarkets. Great balcony view too.

One bathroom for two adults and two teenagers needed careful timing! However this would not put us off staying here again!

Excellent accommodation centrally located for sightseeing and shopping. Apartment is situated in a beautiful period building in a perfect location. It is spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. Tilings on floor add to the character. Everything you might need has been thought of from beach towels to umbrellas! Apartment is fully air conditioned and the welcome wine and food were a lovely gesture.

Only reason did not give a ten and it’s a small point is that even though we know when booking it has no view or balcony as it’s fully advertised as such , when actually there it felt bit closed in as had no natural light but again it’s still perfect apartment and would likely not annoy others

Great location about 20 to 30 min walk to sagrada , gothic district etc . Really clean apartment with great facilities especially loved the rain shower . Very peaceful also no noise at all . Taxi rank outside which we used a lot and not as dear as we expected also great wee bakery few mins away . Brilliant restaurant across the road the steak house highly recommend

Clearer instructions for use of the clothes washer/dryer. I believe the provided instructions are for a different model.

We stayed in their 3 bedroom apartment. This unit did not have a view of the street, but because of this the apartment is very quiet. It was perfect for our family of 5. The location is fantastic, we were able to walk to most of the sites we wanted to see. Apartment was clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the excellent and proactive communication from the renting office staff. It made the checkin process very simple. Would stay here again.

The check in // check out needs to be more flexible.

The property is outstanding! The facilities are great and the apartment is cosy. It’s in a great location as well! Would definitely recommend staying here.
