The sink and hobs in the kitchenette are set quite deep into the wall, with a cupboard around forehead level which sticks out. This makes it quite difficult to reach into the sink, and not bump your head. The shower takes a long time initially to heat up, but works great. The toilet sounded like it was constantly flushing during the night. I don't know if this was a plumbing problem for the toilet in the room, or the way all the toilets are connected.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Working air con. Kitchenette with kettle, 2 hobs, a fridge and a microwave. Access to a toaster on the top floor. The bathroom lightbulb broke, but was fixed within 36 hours.

I would like an extra hand towel and a separate kitchen towel. And I would like the appartment corners to be cleaned better. That's why the rating is still 8, not 10.

Excellent location. For two people, the kitchen is well equipped. The administrator is beyond praise, rating 10. Check-in and check-out are contactless and very convenient. The overall impression is excellent.

The shower didn't work fully and turned hot quickly, hair dryer wasn't working and whilst there was the ability to do light cooking, there was no cutlery, so finger food only 😜

Great space, centrally located within walking distance of many sights. Lovely bakery at the end of the road, 2 mins from the metro and 5-10 from the marina. Shutters great blackout blinds.... If only we'd noticed them before bed. Bed fine, quite firm......

We stayed for a week and it felt like the apartment was designed for shorter stays. Although towels were replaced, there was no cleaning inside the apartment during our visit, meaning the floors felt quite dirty by the end of our stay. I would have been happy to clean this myself if a hoover was provided, but all we had was a small dustpan and brush. It would have been nice to have some basic supplies in the kitchenette - e.g. oil for cooking, salt, pepper, etc. Unfortunately we had ants in the apartment during our stay. Not loads, but we got rid of about 5-10 a day, coming in through cracks in the grout in the bathroom and through sections of panelling which were not flush with the walls.

Kitchenette was useful, beds were comfy, fantastic location. Good use of a small space.

Nothing serious; the benches in the room dinning area were too tall and uncomfortable for us, but there was another chair and a desk so we managed.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for me, as it felt like a real neighbourhood and not a tourist trap. I enjoyed walking around and exploring the local shops and cafes. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was firm and we found it very confortable.

The only negative things were the cooking pots and pans which were in a poor condition and needed to be replaced. Also , with the cupboard over six feet above the floor, someone of my height ( 5 feet tall ) would find it difficult to access. there were no toiletries in the bathroom - which were listed, I think.

Great location, the gothic quarter is ideal as it isn't too busy but still within easy reach of everything. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and helped us with airport taxis etc...The room itself was adequate for our needs and it was helpful to have a small kitchen for cooking. Accomodation was nice, clean, communication with the lady was perfect, all instruction, received in advance. Location really close to metro station. caffeteria's and restaurant nearby. We really enjoyed the stay. One day se will come back 🙂

Riom windows open out into an area that traps the smell of drains. elements of the kitchen area are tired and due a refresh
