Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IrelandDefinitely more family friendly but as a young couple we did still enjoy our time. The brochure says staff takes towels off sun beds if unoccupied for long periods but there were beds unoccupied and nothing was done. We always got sun beds but it would be harder to get more than 2 together in the middle of the day. I’d say some superior sea view rooms are better than others as our view on the first floor was nothing like the picture advertised. Overall, no major complaints.
Really good air-con, room stayed cool even when gone out for the day. Housekeeping were excellent. We did half board which was amazing as we could choose between lunch and dinner each day, giving us the flexibility. All waiters in the buffet area were really kind. Located in a great area next to the Cala Ferrara beach with some lovely restaurants and less than 20 min walk into Cala d’or main strip. Your key to the room is your bracelet which we found very handy. Located 2 min walk from bus stop.

IrelandAll inc snacs finish at 6pm. Dinner is until 10pm. Then if you missed a dinner , nothing to grab until breakfast time. 1 thing Im disappointed is that I book a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. Should be baloons, birthday cake. They prepare a table with confetti, and cake actually wasnt a birthday cake. Had to be special and came out as a disaster. I was offered 15mins massage but for last day we had plans already. This wouldnt make me feel any better anyway.
Staff is beyond the expectation. Hotel is clean. Air condition works very well. Beds are super comfortable. Food is more than great. So many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beach just step from the hotel. 2 swimming pools. Family friendly but so quiet. As a couple we enjoy the stay so much. Parking available outside hotel or 500m away more spaces. Beside hotel €18 daily.

United KingdomWhen we arrived we realised that the hotel has a tiered guest system. We had booked all-inclusive so we thought all of the drinks, food etc would be available to us, as this has been the case in any other hotel where we have gone all-inclusive. But the hotel also has 'all-inclusive plus', this means that some of the drinks on the menu, such as aperol spritz, weren't free for us and we still had to pay. There was also an area of the sunbeds that were only available to 'all-inclusive plus' members, and the ala carte restaurant was only free to those guests. The drinks for all inclusive are only available from 10am - 11pm, I haven't been to a hotel before where there is a cut off time for drinks, and naturally this causes a rush on the bar come 11pm. The snack bar available during the day was only served at the family pool, which meant whenever we wanted to go there we had to walk through the hotel to get there. The hotel also served nice frozen cocktails, but these were also only available from the family pool. There were water stains on the wall and ceiling in our bathroom, obviously there had previously been some kind of leak. The balcony door wasn't completely sealed when closed, this meant that the room would only get so cold as warm air was still getting in. It also meant that the room was slightly damp. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I think the location of this hotel does a lot of the heavy lifting.
We stayed here for our minimoon after our wedding in Italy. Upon arriving the staff at reception were welcoming and there was enough of them working that there was no queue. We were told that our room had been upgraded which is always great news. We had a sea-view room and the view was amazing looking down at the cove of Cala Ferrera. In our room we had swan towels and love heart sweets waiting for us which was a nice touch, The room was clean and modern, and had a safe and fridge. We spent our days by the pool that overlooks the beach, we were always able to get a bed but people do get up early to reserve the beds right by the cove. The location of the hotel is amazing, just a short walk from the pool to the beach, we went for a swim most mornings to start the day. There are a number of shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk from the hotel, although we walked into Cala d'Or every evening for dinner which is a 15 minute walk. The harbour is only a 5 minute taxi from the hotel, and cost us about 7euro. The food at the hotel was good, a typical hotel buffet with a selection of food on offer.

GreeceDinner buffet was repetitive All-inclusive didn’t cover drinks after 23:00 Not enough umbrellas in sunbathing areas Evening entertainment was basic No bottled water available in the buffet area, only filtered tap water. You could only get bottled water at the bar, which defeats the point of all-inclusive.
Beautiful beachfront location at Cala Ferrera Renovated, clean rooms with great sea views Decent breakfast and nice pool areas Family-friendly atmosphere and helpful staff

IrelandWe were originally given a tiny room with a view of the evening entertainment which was quite nosy for a relaxing holiday and was mostly just a view of the dirty roof of the stage. So we chose to upgrade which cost €50 a night but we think it was worth it you just need to be willing to spend the extra money to have a perfect stay
The view from the pool was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful. Also the food was perfect whether you’re picky or like to try new things there’s something for everyone and everything was cooked perfect. The staff were also so lovely especially in the restaurant I couldn’t get over how attentive they were especially for a Buffett set up

Ukraine1) The plates were quite dirty in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, something we were searching for cleaner plates for some time before starting to decide what we were going to eat. 2) I recommend to decide on all inclusive option when you are doing your booking, as soon as you arrive to the hotel the price to upgrade will be significantly bigger - 35 EUR per person per day, I overlooked this option and we were forced to pay it as it is more convenient.
Great location right next to the most beautiful lagoon in the area where you can enjoy swimming and snorkeling, big choice of fruits for breakfast, lunch and dinner, very comfortable bed and pillows!

United KingdomThe room smelled like mould. This is unacceptable for a hotel with this price. The hotel has too many rooms for the capacity of the swimming pool, the beach and lounging areas.

SpainWe did not like the food buffet. We found the food very dry bland and overdone, unfortunately. Feel a bit disappointed , like it wasn’t a great value for money booking All Inclusive, if we were to come back again , would book half board or just B&B.
Location!! We were only for two nights and we loved having the beach right there easily accessible from the hotel. Also the staff was super nice and friendly. The room was well equipped, beds very comfortable..was well worth upgrading to a sea view room .

United KingdomWine choice was not great, and a few bits in the room could do with some maintainence/tidy up.
The staff were friendly and always looked professional. The location on the beach was fantastic. Was nice that there was an adult only pool. There is plenty of choice of food at meal times and good choices within the all inclusive food and drinks. Evening entertainment was good, and finished at a reasonable hour if you wanted to go to bed, sit quietly with a drink, or go out to the bars. I highly recommend.

United KingdomThe gym is very limited and the water cooler was not working. I suggest adding a few more machines and equipment. Parking at the property is expensive but there is public parking near by which is easy to access.
Great location near many beautiful beaches. If you are lucky like us, you have a sea/beach/pool view which is lovely. The pool is clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is tasty and they offer a large variety. The evening entertainment is fun and the bar is vibey. The drinks are very reasonably priced and we enjoyed the sangria. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

BelgiumThis hotel is for families. Did not expect it to be crowded with children which means a lot of noise. I wished we had known it because we expected a relaxing place. Staff could have been more helpful by helping with luggage (noting it's a four star hotel).

United StatesElevators were slow, occupied or broken down a lot, several times in our 5 night stay. We got a good step workout often using the stairs. Parking spaces are very, very small. The hotel bar closed at 12:00. I believe one more hour would be nice, as entertainment ends around 11:00.
The staff here are as other people have reviewed the prize of this hotel. They go above and beyond if you take notice. We liked the easy access to the beach, beautiful view from the (seaside) rooms, Children’s Club (staff) and choice of pool by the sea (sometimes windy and in the shade) or back side pool in full sun. Also, the food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious (especially breakfast) and the staff were attentive. The buffet had a large selection of food, good variation and a lot of dessert, as well as ice cream for the kids. We had All Inclusive Plus, highly recommended over All Enclusive. The perks are worth the extra cost in my opinion.
