    The hotel looks amazing. The installation is gorgeous: trees, palm trees, swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

    The food. I couldn’t find good quality. The fruits all very bad: peach, very green bananas, old oranges, plum expired. And the meals were ok but taste not so convincing. Need more salt, and more flavours. I couldn’t find definitive see products from supermarkets: Canned goods from the supermarket

    The hotel was very clean.

    The room was kinda old fashioned and the food was very disappointing. especially lunch, the food was very dry, choices were very limited. Even when we did lunch right after they openend the filet tasted like it was already under the heating lamb for hours and very very dry. They should really hire a new chef. Also just a sandwich for lunch would also have been nice.

    Very nice hotel with fantastic services (e.g. animation team, 0-24 gym, transfer etc...). Room with balcony and comfortable bed. Restaurant has wide range of food selection, staff is extremely kind. Super beach bar with quite good healthy food selection. Nice guests 🥰

    Distance from the beach (but transfer is available), refurbishment is needed for the bathrooms, limited selection of vegan foods

    Spacious rooms and good breakfast

    Wait times at the front desk can be very lengthy especially at check-in although you pre check in online you still have to queue and wait to check in at the front desk. Also my room wasn’t ready by the check in time so I had to wait which was a little inconvenient

    This is my second time staying at Barcelo, I stayed for a whole week and it was Beautiful again. It’s exactly what and where it needs to be. Decent sized room depending on where you are in the Hotel. Beautiful Views. Great Staff and Great Service.

    Unfortunately my bathroom has a bad smell which I think was due to the Pipes but that is my only complaint.

    The location for what I required was excellent. Parking on site is a bonus but plenty of on street parking nearby. Breakfast choices to suit all tastes. Beds very comfortable.

    Television has only two channels in English and BBC did not play well. Unable to find any information on in house entertainment, the interactive screen was not working whenever I tried to use it. The teacups in the room were not clean.

    Very nice, clean hotel. Food was delicious with various options every day! Room was spacious, with all the necessary things inside. Animation team was amazing! A lot of fun activities for adults, thank you! Pool bar was great with a lot of drink options.

    Location was good and the hotel offered parking - for a small charge. The room was quiet and had a good view of the pool and mountains. The bed was comfortable and linen clean.

    The room needed a thorough deep clean, dusty skirting boards, cobwebs on the ceiling and dust on the pictures. The lighting in the bedroom was totally lacking, two bedside lights were the only lighting. If you dropped something at night you would have to wait until morning in the hope of finding it. The television played no English stations, only Sky news. BBC and ITV came up but with no signal. The bathroom really needed some work, the toilet was very low, most unsuitable for the elderly or those with mobility problems. Mould around the shower tray and silicone/grout, not cleaned off tiles on the walls and floor when it had been done. The choice of breakfast was OK, not the best and queuing at the hot drinks machines was a daily pain. I only ate once in the hotel in the evening but again, nothing to make me wish I had opted for half board! I could not find any details for evening entertainment, so unable to comment if there even was any.
