Reception was very hard to locate upon arrival- no obvious guidance signs Very spread out site with lots of steps Swimming pool very deep with small shallow area for non confident swimmers Spa was okay and obviously aimed towards elderly Spanish but non English speaking Staff was a drawback and we felt we didn’t get to enjoy the full facilities

Reception. so slow. It took approx 20 minutes to check in, and even then the room wasn't ready, after I had paid, I still had to wait 30 minutes for the keys to my room. After a tiring drive, waiting just under an hour to freshen up or to rest is not acceptable. Same again on checking out. So slow, 20 minutes to check out. 2 staff available, and neither of them had a smile. They seemed to spend more time looking at the computer screen than communicating with the client. Is it a new computer system? as both checking in and out were the worst part of my stay.

Great location. The food was wonderful. Very fresh and healthy. Plenty of choice. The dining areas are clean, tidy, and the restaurant staff were very helpful and pleasant. Only thing I would comment on is that there wasn't any type of order in the buffet, as people just leaned over, and didn't join the queue.

Check-in took a while but it is a busy place!

Nice cottage style rooms, a large resort with many facilities. The buffet restraint was pretty good. We were travelling on motorcycles looking for somewhere to stay for the night and really this is a spa type resort with vastly more facilities than we needed. Nice enough stay though and parking right outside your cottage for the bikes.

Our room location ground floor cabin/bungalow in a block very small outside space by parked cars. Very small window overlooked from road and dark inside room.. Accommodation built into the valley hillside with lots of steep steps, some with lack of handrails. Slopes for disabled people were steep. Evening meal times were rushed with residents scrambling for the buffet. Car parking was supposed to be outside our cabin/room but other residents cars were already there. Had to park some distance away. Very large hotel spa complex with map provided but little signs or signposting.

Food was good and enough selection but buffet not a la carte Spa thermal experience included with our overnight stay was enjoyed. Having a paramedic on site was a bonus after suffering a fall down some steps and injuring ankle.(no handrail) For elderly people lots to do.(i.e entertainment, activities )

Very utilitarian, not a luxury facility by any means. Feels more like a hospital or convalescent home. Way overpriced. €135 for two massages at a 3-star facility when I can get a 60m couples massage + private jacuzzi for €160 at 5-star Parador Valencia. Restaurant served a buffet very similar to a high school cafeteria. Hotel room felt like a basic university dormitory and was minuscule. Geriatric clientele (98% of the clients) gave us weird looks the whole time because we are a generation younger.

Beautiful secluded location, quiet, clean air. Near beautiful mountainous area full of hikes. Large thermal bath was nice to hang out in, although they only let us use it for 45 minutes and then kicked everyone out.

Only 45min in the termal bath, any spa in town has better facilities, but it was included in the price, as was the excelent breakfast

they have put me in another hotel, 30 min walking to the termal complex. my booking was for the main complex where the main baths are located. in the end you cant enjoy the same services as in the main building.

Everything was far too regimented, from fixed meal times to use of the spa. We didn’t want to have dinner at 9 p.m. but that was our allotted time! Also we were unable to have any treatments, which we were looking forward to, as there weren’t any time slots available. Altogether disappointing.
