Lots of nesting swallows, bird droppings everywhere. My partner actually had bird poo drop on her twice during our stay. Must have been the season for the birds nesting.

be aware the steps up to the rooftop pool are extremely steep and have NO HANDRAIL . Also the photos show pool with lights on and waterfalls running, this us not accurate neither were working and when I asked about getting it sorted I was told they were not connected and had never worked! for the money we paid I expected what was advertised I also had to ring more than once to get the pool cleaned as it was so dirty when we arrived that we couldn't see the bottom , the pool was sorted but it took nearly a week to clear completely. To be honest we didn't really utilise the rooftop pool as it was either too hot or too windy to be up there.

beautiful clean apartment in a great location, the complex is beautiful and the pool areas clean and well kept. lots of places to sit and chill out plenty of sunbeds, we particularly enjoyed sitting in the grassed area outside the gates by the sea. Plata Beach Restaurant on the paseo infront of the apartments was a fantastic place to eat and have a drink. Estepona never fails to please I would definitely stay here again it's my 3rd visit to this complex, however I wouldn't bother getting an apartment with a pool again.

We were disappointed that the pool nearest the apartment closed during our stay. We knew it was seasonal but did not expect this to be mid September. However the second pool nearer the beach was also lovely.

The car park whilst useful was very tight and difficult to manoeuvre with a big car. The attentiveness of the lifeguards could have been better. Vaping and looking at phones regularly rather than focusing on their role. The apartment is advertised as 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is not suitable for younger children or elderly persons as it requires one to navigate spiral stairs and steep steps into bedroom next to the pool. It also lacked suitable guest storage facilities.

Location, including proximity to the beach and the town was perfect. The views from the apartment looking over the pool and the sea was wonderful. General communication & responsiveness of the host was exceptional particularly when we had some difficulties in the apartment.

Would be nice to have somewhere to get a coffee,ice cream etc on site. There is a restaurant/ bar on the beachfront close by though!

Couldn't stay longer!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very private and quiet when we stayed. The apartment was very spacious and had stunning views. Location was perfect for our holiday. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We will definitely be back. The photos on the Web page where good but not as good as the place was in reality.

We’ve stayed in other apartments before which had better furniture e.g comfier couch and a bedroom tv but still excellent value for money and it’s clear in the website that different apartments are set up slightly differently.

Property was very clean and spacious, two sets of sliding glass doors to get lots of light into the rooms. Private pool was clean and maintained during our stay. Good amount of patio furniture.

The underground car park and access ramp made for an interesting challenge with a chicane of pillars to navigate. Estepona harbour is a 5km walk along the coast path.

We liked the large shaded terrace with excellent views over the sea, a perfect spot for meals and drinks. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area was safe with plenty of lounges available.

The apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you needed for a family. The balcony was huge with lovely comfortable furniture to relax on. The gardens/grounds are immaculately groomed and the pool areas were spotless and well maintained. The garden areas right on the beach were beautiful. Katarina the hotel manager is super, she promptly dealt with a glitch in the AC in the apartment for us, we found her both friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The security is excellent, everything was top notch, we will definitely be back.

We didn't have a car so grocery shopping was a little bit difficult but we got used to it... On a very small issue, afew more dish washer tablets and washing machine tablets would have helped. .

Dishwasher not working properly. In general the electric equipment would use some upgrade.

Our apartment was situated very well, with beautiful view. Apartment had huge terrace with a pool where one could find place to sunbath or hide in shadow.

The office wasn't staffed when we arrived , it said open until 18.00 , we arrived 17.45 . We struggled foe 25 mins ! to find the apartment in the large complex. The gym needs some maintenance. We stayed for three weeks and no complimentary change of linen was offered. If we stayed for 3 separate weeks, presumably the linen would be changed between each rental. This seems a bit petty. The dishwasher didn't clean when we first used it but when we gave it a good deep clean, including the filters, it worked a treat. I think perhaps this should be part of the cleaning schedule.

We absolutely loved the position in the complex and the view from the apartment. It couldn't have been better. We also appreciated the unexpected upgrade and the help provided by Katarina when required. Well equipped kitchen and good washing machine etc. Perhaps a couple of smaller kitchen mixing bowls would be good.

This apartment is located in fabulous part of Estepona. The flat is with amazing facilities. All were so cleaned. This area is located too close to the center of Estepona, nice supermarkets. Surrounding area( outside) is very clean and there are a lot of beautiful flowers and trees.

We stayed in block 8, and unfortunately the noice from the Autovia that ran right by was bery present, at all times of the day. There could have been done a lot more to block the noice when inside.

the apartment was a little unclean and unwelcoming, though it was quickly rectified by Tina, then we had lots of loo running and shower no working, but it all got sorted, very easy and the balcony was lovely to sit out on, possibly wouldn't grab the penthouse for the usage of steep steps, up and down with glasses etc, though nice if as nearly a split apartment
