The kitchen equipment, the quality of the furniture (stains on the sofa), the bed was also not very comfortable.

The pool is beautiful but wasn’t heated as it says on the website and nobody mentioned this or gave us Any explanation or offered anything to make it up, it was ICE COLD :( Our view from the terrace was not the best, the lightning from outside was painful to our eyes.

The appartement is cute, midern, great shower, the beds are super comfortable, and I’m a side sleeper so I struggle with hotel beds being too hard normally, so I really recommend, cleaning staff was super good and very friendly Very close to the beach, very calm Area , visitors in the hotel were very chill, it has a nice atmosphere

Very comfortable to stay as a family of three. We had a bungalow on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Very close to the beautiful sandy beach. Comfy beds and pillows.

I didn't like very much the fact that there were no sponge and soap to clean the dishes. In the apartment in which we went before that there were both. I think they should be available in the apartment.

The view from the apartment wasnt too exciting. TV - only German channels work. English speaking ones have no audio - we didnt bother to report that... TV is our mission on the holidays ;)

Check-in was very quick and straight forward. Reception manager was very helpful. Apartment very clean (clean up service 5 out of 7 days + fresh towels). Kitchen - small but equipped good enough to make breakfast (eggs). It does have a chopping board and a bread knife (funny to mention that but it is not a standard on the island :D). 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very nice swimming pool. They do have private parking lot and at the time we were there there was always free spot. Parking on the street is possible but might be challenging to find free spot. Mosquito net in every window!

When we got in, the villa smelled weird, like moist, like nobody was staying there for months. The shower glass had an old mould stain at the top, the shower handle was broken. There are loooots of cockroaches in the villa but I think this is a canalisation problem of the whole island, not just the hotel. Parking was hard during the day and finding parking places is a challenge.

Charming and spacious villas! The views were incredible, the complex is amazing, it has everything you might need. Beds were extra comfy. The staff were very helpful and nice, they are all multilingual. The kitchen was fully stacked. Pool was nice, there is also a shopping center and restaurants nearby. The beach is like 2 min away. 👌 Overall, our stay was magical!!! We would recommend this hotel to all our friends going to Fuerteventura!

A little bug with the reservation so we had to wait a little to get the keys of our appartment but all was good in the end.

Location easy to find, close to everything. Don't know if that is easy to get there by public transportation as we rent a car.

There was some stranger’s hair(it was white hair we assumed the previous customer’s) on the small table next to the bed. And I saw a cockroach in the kitchen.

It’s located in front of the beach and it was cool inside the apartment hotel during the day so it was no needed to use any ventilator(btw there is no A/C and ventilator) Next to the accommodation, there are well-organized garden with tall palm trees and cactus.

the 1st property no 67 was in very close proximity to 5 surrounding bars until we were moved we were kept awake until 3.30am for 2 nights

There were micro-ants in the kitchen area in my studio, I guess it is impossible to completely get rid of them. I had a funny bedroom lamp which was strangely flashing during the night above my bed when it was supposed to be off. The problem was reported to the reception, however it wasn't really fixed.

The whole area is very beautiful and well taken care of, and there is a great pool. It is also very close to the beach, there are two supermarkets nearby. The room was very clean, and was cleaned regularly. Great value for the money paid.
