A very cold almost sterile feel to the restaurant. Clearly a business hub . We ate at the crown plaza opposite, now your talking. Even a coffee making option in the room would have helped.

The location is a bit far from Madrid city center, requiring a bus and then a metro ride, or alternatively, a taxi. However, it is an excellent choice if you need to stay near the airport for a night. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a good selection of pastries, and a Nespresso coffee machine was available, which was a nice touch.

The facilities were excellent, with a spacious room that provided plenty of space to open and organize luggage. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and convenient, allowing for easy movement. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. After a long trip, I requested an early check-in, and they kindly arranged a room for me to rest, which was greatly appreciated.

The area is an industry area - didn’t look very appealing when arriving midnight, but did not feel unsafe or the like.

We stayed here just for a few hours to get our flight in the early morning. The property had all what we needed, was clean, parking garage. From here to rental car is a short drive - so perfect location for a night to stay and catch the flight home

If you plan to visit the city centre, public transport can be a pain as there is no direct link. Provided there are at least two people in your company, a taxi ride might be cheaper and instead of an over-an-hour journey time, it takes only 25 minutes.

Excellent location, only 10 minutes away from the airport. Free parking is limited, and the available spaces are very narrow. Ample paid parking, though. Breakfast is excellent, I can highly recommend it, especially if you have a morning flight. Note, it is available from 7 am. There are vending machines in the hallway and beyond snacks you can get, travel essentials like USB cables, travel adaptors etc. It can be very handy. Cleanliness is spot on, the bed linens and the towels are of good quality. The rooms are big, and even the bathroom is of a decent size.

No shuttle to airport. No back garden. Very basic breakfast. The satff upon arrival was less than welcomming, apart for the kitchen staff, but the once the evening shift took over and over into the rest of the stay they were lovely.

I booked this for my mom's visit. She stayed here for the night. She gave 0 complains. The only thing to consider is that is far from the center, but is very well connected to transportation services
