Staff was super nice and provided great service. The location is very good too, with the hotel only 10 minutes from Alhambra and walkable distance to the city centre. Breakfast was lovely, and we liked that it was a la carte rather than a buffet. We had the junior suite with terrace which was nice and spacious for our group of three adults. The terrace had an amazing view. However I would probably recommend it for couples since the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't close all the way - at specific angles you can still peek into the bathroom all the way from the living room even. That being said, I'd still book it again.

No coffee Machine in the apartment, neither kettle , we ask to get the ironing from the manager, there was bad smell coming out from the shower drain , the bathroom is in the middle between 2 bedrooms , no privacy

The design of the building was intimate and warm atmosphere, we booked the apartment with Terrace view , and the view was fabulous, staff is so helpful and nice , close to AlHambra main entrance, pool is nice

EVERYTHING! Full of charm and character. Loved all the little details. The pool area is gorgeous as was my cave room. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Lovely, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, and they had gluten free bread which was a bonus!

It was not an issue for us at all, however I think guests who are sensitive to noises or having a light sleep coming (i. e. other guest using the stairs or bathroom facilities above or next doors) should avoid this hotel as their experience won’t me as good as mine.

Everything, just amazing location 10min walk from back entrance to Alhambra. As well as the city like Plaza Nueva. Amazing facility very charming pool surrounded by pomegranate and lemon tree. Extremely friendly staff. Simple and good breakfast.

Exceptional Stay – A Birthday to Remember! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most incredible stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special, especially for my partner’s birthday. They added thoughtful, personal touches that truly made the celebration memorable. The décor throughout the hotel is truly unique, stylish, creative, and full of character. You can really see the care and attention to detail in every corner, from the cultured features to the beautifully designed furnishings. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was stunning, spacious, serene, and immaculately presented. It felt like a luxury escape with all the comforts of home. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight. A gourmet style, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The coffee was excellent too, some of the best we’ve had on our travels. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. We can’t wait to return! Perfect location

Reaching the location was very challenging as the hotel is half way up a steep cobblestone path. We had large cases, if it wasn’t so hot the walk from the car park would not have been so challenging.

An absolute gem, so much character throughout, we stayed in room 3 which has double aspect with wonderful views. Pool and surroundings very relaxing, breakfast menu had a wide choice and tasted delicious. Staff very friendly & helpful.
