No air con in room

Had a meal the first night quite late. Had to sit outside on the terrace by the pool with our dog although had seen a couple inside with their dog earlier in the day. Quite cold and service took a long time although not many people in the restaurant. The Receptionist was excellent and translated for us. We had to park our camper van 20 minutes walk away on a big open air car park by the beach. . From a security point of view was a bit worrying but turned out ok.

Fairly noisy location from traffic and late night holidaymakers going home. But mostly managed to sleep through it.

Breakfast was very poor, there was a coach load eating just before we entered the restaurant. There were no bowls for cereals, no milk, the scrambled egg was cold and looked fake. All we had was a glass of orange juice, from a cardboard container and a slice of toast. Not worth the money for breakfast. Eat at a local place instead.

Nice hotel, rooms are large and comfortable, beds are very comfortable. Located close to the beach and several restaurants. Parking is roadside, right outside the hotel. We took our small dog and he was welcomed.

Room overlooked the road and during the night there were lots of loud party people outside. The tiny swimming pool was green...

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and very light. Nice that there was a fridge. Bathroom was big and clean. Easy street parking. Short walk to a lovely beach and lots of restaurants.

The hotel room was older and could do with some renovation, the furniture was a bit worn, the toilet flush was acting strangely :) Despite that, for our 3 day stay it met expectations.

It was clean, staff were very helpful. Hotel in a good location close to parking and bars with good food. Quick access to the beach.

The hotel was fully occupied by children, first a junior football camp and then teenagers. In both cases, they were quite noisy. If the hotel wants to offer accommodation for children's tours, then let it not offer rooms for classic accommodation.

Nice clean room. Hotel in a good location in Suances, close to the beaches. Very nice staff. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Dinner was a big portion, we had a hard time eating it.

Dinner wa s included in the price which was good value but at the sister hotel up the road and it was raining. However it looked like our hotel had full facilities in summer. Dog friendly at no charge

Lovely hotel very near the beach. Trendy rooms good bathroom facilities and very clean. Breakfast excellent and plenty of nearby parking

The cot provided was only suitable for a newborn baby, it was a small bassinet we couldn't use it for our son (1.5 years) as it would not have been safe. He had to sleep in the bed with me. The pool is very small, only suitable if you are the only guests using it, it got busy when we were there. Better to plan to visit the beach for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

The hotel arranged for a fan for us because our room didn't have aircon which was great, my parents room had aircon so they weren't as hot as we were. The location was good for suances. The breakfast in the morning was really great, plenty of options and good quality.

They allow the pets in the hotel but they do no allow them to be in the restaurant part of the hotel ? This is meaningless. Hotel was so old and the price so high compare to this type of hotel honestly. Even I didn't make this kind of payment in Mykonos in Greece.

Comfortable and pleasant if not large room. A shame the twin room was a double bed and a camp bed ( albeit thick mattress and comfortable) rather than 2 proper single beds. Charge of E15 to park in hotel’s own car park slightly irritating.

Great position near the beach and bars and other facilities. Very helpful staff and excellent dinner and breakfast. Dogs welcomed.

Ideally supply a fan as standard . But they supplied a fan on request. Theres no air con but a fan and window open is ok. Aircon is bad for the environment and not really needed so I was happy with a fan for the warmer nights.

Stylish decor. Fantastic location and 3 minute walk from a stunning sandy beach and lots of restaurants Very clean and a nice pool ( not many hotels have pools here). Pet friendly.

Breakfast was poor, party of visitors had cleared the meat and cheese. Finding the hotel was difficult, my SatNav could not locate or google maps on my phone. Put on 4th floor with our dog, furthest possible room away from entry. Parking was charged despite booking because free parking stated

Fantastic location and proximity to the beach, good restaurants nearby. Very clean and contemporary interior compared to many other hotels/hostels in the North. Lovely staff and great breakfast, relaxed atmosphere and light, spacious rooms.
