Super friendly staff who were very happy to assist.

My issues are with the internal architecture and layout of the space. The room was tight for 2 adults and we had booked a larger room with terrace. The bathroom mirror was poor quality, I like mood lighting but poor lighting overall for when getting changed. No mirror in the shower area was not helpful for shaving as you had to leave the shower room and go into the where the toilet is to lean into a mirror to see your self properly in the poor lighting. Tea/ cofffee making facilities very poor for a 4 star- expected an espresso but a kettle with instant coffee. Roof pool small for size of the property.

Location wasn’t great

Hotel is new so fresh and modern, rooms were spacious and with everything you need. Indoor pool and spa area was a nice addition. Pool on roof was a great sun trap in the afternoons and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect short walk to old town and beach.

I feel like they are missing a trick not having a small bar on the roof, It’s a great space but no facilities to have a cocktail or glass of chilled wine while enjoying the sun. Also not ideal having to get towels from reception downstairs then go to the roof. Small fridge in the room is jam packed with expensive mini bar items meaning no where to store bottled water. Iron board is tiny and hard to use. Also we were told to book if we wanted to use the indoor pool and spa area, we went down twice and it was empty so feel this is unnecessary and restrictive for guests.

Great room lovely staff. Enjoyed using gym and polls along with sauna and stream room. Great location walked everywhere! Able to take train to local sites of interest too.

The front desk staff Rachel and Helena were very helpful and nice! Rooms were modern and nice Big bathroom area. Big towels.

The TV. Could not integrate with phone to broadcast apps to tv. Or log in to apps on Tv. For cable tv. No shows allowed the original version. Usually English. You could not switch subtitles to English. Or language

The pool on roof was lovely and the drinks in the evening were a super touch. I loved the wellness center was a great addition.

The bteakfast was a bit pricey. Options for fruit and yoighurts at reduced rate would havr been perfect.

Great location next to a nice little church and a laundromat.

Everything. Great location and easy walking to beaches, bars, shopping and attractions. I loved the surrounding streets with local coffee shops. The staff were amazing and super helpful, especially Raquel. We loved the gym and Wellness facilities and will definitely be returning and will be recommending to family and friends.

Bedroom layout was convoluted for no apparent useful reason.

Good location, beach and old town on walking distance. Nearby parking if the hotel parking is full. Large supermarket (Eroski) nearby. Hotel has a rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi + saunas in the basement. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

beds were a bit hard. Parking in other garage needed due to limited hotel capacity.
