Not a lot of shade on the Caribbean swimming pool and the chairs (only there) were low and non adjustable. Shower has low water pressure.

The staff was extremely nice and pleasant , 4 swimming pools (1 for adults, 2 mixed and 1 just for children), good sized rooms, very good breakfast and they also offered one of various small 2 seater cars to move between both hotel buildings.

Yoga facilities were not as expected - the space was a small, windowless room to the side of the Gym ... not as pictured on the web site.

We stayed in Augusta II, the older of the two buildings. The rooms here are larger with sitting / dining area and small kitchen. All rooms come with two 'beds' but the second bed is a sofa-bed ... however the sofa-bed was actually comfortable enough. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Spa was lovely and well run, clean and the treatments excellent. Great location - out of the hustle and bustle of the main town, but only 5 minutes walk to the beach

One of our rooms was really noisy and we couldn’t sleep really well because of other guests in nearby rooms and noise from the reception/restaurant area. However, the other room was quiet. The staff was friendly, but seemed really stressed and didn’t focus on our needs. They rather followed some rules we couldn’t understand, which doesn’t really make sense for a four-star hotel. The breakfast was a stressful and noisy experience. The food was ok, but it was too crowded and the staff was running around, slamming cutlery and cups on metal traces creating unnecessary noise.

It’s a really great hotel with a fantastic pool area, an amazing spa and really good gym. Food is great.

The kitchen in the room wasn’t great, as well as the bathroom although spacious, feels a bit outdated. Also as a spa hotel something needs to be done about the ability of guests drying their swimwear and towels, as it is requested that it is not done outside in the balcony, some sort of heated rail should be available.

The pools and the overall spa facilities. Room was big too.

A steep walk up the hill if you went out for a meal. Have to pay to park your car in the garage.

Huge room with a lovely view. Loved the variety of hydrotherapy tools in the spa pool and no young children allowed.

The breakfast could have been betterl. Scrambled eggs were cold and pastries dry. We liked the fresh orange juice though.

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Spacious, nicely decorated room with balcony. The balcony had a partial sea view. There was secure underground parking with access to a Tesla charger. We could access the spa facilities at any time, and it handy to use as the weather was cold and wet during our stay. 10 - 15 mins walk to shops and restaurants in Sanxenxo.

Furniture on the balcony was dirty. In the spa area some people forgot to close the doors and it was quite chilly, I got cold. It's a pity that the hotel still doesn't have sensors on the doors to prevent such situations.

We visited this hotel in the beginning of March. Family room was huge and clean, we've received the supplies for the dog also (very comfy bed and great welcome snack!) The hotel has 2 buildings and 2 spa areas, transfer is provided. You have to pay for the parking (8eur or 5 eur - depends if it's garage or outside). Also we were traveling by electric car and you have to pay for the charger (5 eur/30 mins). Cool spa area and amazing panoramic window in the sauna.

We had two accommodations booked, via booking, and it turned out that the two rooms were actually allocated in two different buildings, separated by street with traffic. Our oldest kids had to sleep in one building and we in the other. Really inconvenient, and not so safe. No where in the description on booking.com there is a mention of this. If we would have known we wouldn’t have booked it like that. The resort staff were really not customer minded, especially not to non-Spanish tourists. (That is the general feeling we got from elsewhere in Galicia). Hardly anyone speaks English (the most enthusiastic employees (in the spa) used google translate and did their best to make a contact with us), the rest was really not so friendly and somewhat even rude. in general we felt not very welcome - staring from the reception, to swimming pool area, spa, bars, kids club and restaurants… There are unnecessary, confusing, rules when it comes to children using the adults-only swimming pools, with time slots which hardly anyone respects, so you see all the time staff running around sending kids away… and you get the feeling that you are constantly being watched as the stuff comes immediately they see a child in the spa pool… I would recommend just separating completely the kids from the adults, no mixing, a simple rule. We were also unfortunate to have our balcony above guests that were constantly smoking so we got all the smoke in our room and towels too. We complained few times but I doubt the reception did anything as the smokers didn’t stop smoking. The hotel is a non-smoking one, we thought.

The resort is very nice, child friendly, well maintained, with good facilities (including spa/wellness and heated swimming pools, children playground, animation rooms and even a dog-playground !) and other services, including kids club with daily activities, and a shuttle to the beach (which is 10’ walk down the hill). The breakfast is also abundant.

SPA does not have the capacity for the possible amount of guests which can have the space overcrowded. Restaurant does not work on time, and when requested for room service a different we were informed that only after 20h30 they could take orders for the snack menu. Desserts were not that good. More focus in cleaning of the suite as well as checking if everything is working properly, is needed. Breakfast: pancakes were like rubber

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable. Facility to have restaurante, snack bar, SPA, shuttle on sight. Breakfast with lots of variety.

The food both for breakfast and dinner was so so bad. With such amazing, fresh and local produce around I cannot understand why they would put this out. - Breakfast - eggs an over cooked mess, bacon all stuck together and terrible quality, more pancakes and crepes than anyone could eat so became soggy or dry. Coffee - not something to get that wrong or bad, but it was out of a terrible machine that over cooked it and the quality of the beans is what I’d expect to see from a very basic hotel (just terrible) Dinner - beef soup was really nice, everything else was either over cooked or deep fried. I asked the waitress to find some fresh crab as the 2 that were out were empty and she’s just pointed and walked off

The location and facilities were good but the hygiene was a little scary with people getting in and out of the sauna then sipping in the cold plunge with no shower between, not nice

There were no yoga classes organized at the time, and they did not offer the possibility of self-practice. The breakfast was varied, but the juice was not fresh — something I would expect from a 4-star hotel. At the Potus restaurant, we ordered barbecued codfish, but it was cooked in the oven instead.
