Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfy, breakfast was fine. Free parking was nearby, and there was an elevator to reach the hotel. At ground floor there was a restaurant.

only downside was that you could hear the adjoining rooms very easily this wasn't a problem for us didn't effect sleep etc hopefully we didn't effect anyone elses

Although the staff put a lot of efforts into maintaining the property well, you can feel its age. At times there was a smell of mold, but it wasn’t too bad. Also can be a bit noisy sometimes due to aircon or washing machine working, and ventilation from the restaurant. But at night it was all ok, so didn’t disturb the sleep. We kept aircon off at night.

Cosy and clean hotel. The staff are very attentive to guests and welcoming. Nice breakfast for 6 euros - great value. The location is a bit remote, but only about 15 min drive to the city center.

We had neighbors who were a little noisy and had a barking dog. I don't think they were being overly loud, but more that the walls are a bit thin.

Nice, spacious room. Good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. The restaurant downstairs is very handy and stays open late. The hotel is just a short walk to the train station which gets you to San Sebastian in just 15 minutes.

All of the steps to the check in. Although we were shown the lift but it was not available after our return at 2115 Also due to wooden floors in our room you could hear every movement above.

Really traditional. The building was from around 1850 and it is since 25 years a hotel but they kept the old charm in the building. Very nice.

Receptionist accused us of booking two rooms, one through booking.com and one through their own website (2 minutes apart) - which we did not do. Obviously an IT issue but they were adamant that wasnt possible - be careful. Luckily, they did not charge us after some discussion.

Beautiful building, great location with local cafés and bars only a short walk away. Great sized room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast is simple but good.

The sound insulation to the upper floors! Unfortunately we had quite noisy neighbors in the upper rooms... The locations could be nicer (at a bigger street), but it was practical not to lose to much time. Everything else was great!

The hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building that was recently renovated. The breakfast area is relatively small, but the breakfast itself was good and (by Spanish standards) plentiful (including fresh orange juice). Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well equipped!

Perfect stop over location for my trip. An excellent price for what I received a very comfortable double bed with a good view over the mountains to wake up to. Staff were friendly and accommodating. No complaints.
