There were several things we didn’t like. Initially, we were accommodated on the ground floor, although this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. This slightly spoiled the impression, but we were relocated the next day. The room did not have one double bed, but instead two single beds, each on wheels, which was constantly annoying. An alternative solution should be considered. At breakfast, guests can enjoy coffee, water, juice, and even prosecco, whereas at dinner, even water comes at an additional cost. This left a negative impression. The dinner menu changes daily, but all the freshly prepared food was absolutely tasteless. There was nothing special about it. The staff constantly took away empty plates and cutlery. On the one hand, it’s good because the table doesn’t get cluttered, but on the other hand, you can’t continue eating because you simply don’t have any tableware left. Moreover, each guest is only given one napkin at the table. It would be much easier if the staff replaced the dishes with clean ones right away instead of leaving you with nothing. There were also noisy children in the dining area, which ruined the atmosphere with their loudness. And the biggest disappointment was that the hotel staff did not acknowledge a birthday during our stay. I had asked in advance what they could offer, but there was no promised greeting from their side.

Overall, the quality of service was at a good level. The location was truly excellent. The views around the pool area were simply incredible. The reception staff were polite, and even considering the late check-in, they left a cold dinner, which was very much appreciated. The dinners and breakfasts were decent, though with some minor shortcomings.

Just love this hotel! Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed my breakfasts there with many options and time by the pool. Little pool was really useful for cooling down while getting the tan. Evening atmosphere was super relaxing - could hear the sea and music from the bar. Staff were really approachable and helpful. Great location with many shops and seaside. Room was clean,cool and comfy. Balcony views were amazing, especially sunrise! Also used the gym and enjoyed it a lot, it was super clean and quiet. Stayed with daughter and both were sad to leave this place.

The late night loud music from the hotel's beach bar was disturbing and preventing us to sleep. Room facilities could be renovated, ex. bed had wheels, so when turning at night it would move + a tea bag/coffee could be added to the room, as there was just a kettle.

The food quality was amazing! We took a half board and dinner was like you would go to a restaurant. Besides all the great options at the buffet there was also a grill station where you can get a high quality steak/fish/shrimps/pasta and other dishes included in the dinner price. The stuff was very helpful and friendly, we had a problem at our room and got a new one. The hotel has a beach club where you could get drinks and enjoy the sea view. In addition, the hotel is easily reachable by a bus A42 from the airport (be aware of possible strikes though).

We were not in the main building and had a room without a sea view. The main hotel is across a small walkway but super close so no problem. My only negative apart from the room being cosy would have been to have had some recliner chairs on our ground floor terrace area, some rooms have them, ours didn’t and if I was being very picky I’d say that the wardrobe/drawer space is limited.

Perfect location and we loved the chilled out vibe of the pool bar area with comfy seating and music. Lots of little extras like the fact people leave books once read and the hotel cat was often sunbathing in reception. Hotel was so good we often choose to spend our evenings there with a cocktail.

The only thing that could be better is maybe adding allergen info onto the food labels. If staff are busy it would be good to know what is available without having to wait to ask.

View from reception is amazing, staff are all really friendly & helpful. All areas were really clean. Surrounding restaurants were all excellent and great value. Air con in rooms worked perfectly. Plenty of sun loungers available through the day too. Breakfast was great and the chef making the omelettes was the nicest guy, big smile every day and remembered what you have.

The location wasn’t ideal for us, it’s great that you can walk up and down the street but we didn’t like the stinky beach it was on. It had a horrible smell and wasn’t really a beach. The only beach worth sitting on is the one at calla millor which is about 10 min walk or more depending on which bit you want to sit on

The overall look of the hotel inside and out was lovely. The reception area is modern and bright and the view out to sea is very nice.

Must be the best hotel on the island! We had a room with city vew and did not mind the view at all, we did not spend time on the balcony, only really used it for drying out towels and swimming suits, there is an expanding drying rack. I found the entertainment outside of our balcony in the bar next to the hotel a bonus:) we could enjoy it while relaxing in our own bed with open door. It stops around 11pm so sleep is not disrupted really. Beds are comfy, on the firm side, but memory foam like, so felt really rested, there are twin beds, but pushed together for the night, they did not moved apart. Room was super clean. There is a kettle, cups and spoons provided, and plenty of shops next to the hotel to get some water, coffe or tea if you like. There is a little wardrobe facility right next to the entrance door, with plenty of hangers. We also had safe and fridge in the room, no extra charge. Bathtoom has everything you need, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel and lotion. All ‘dove cucumber’, I think it’s perfect as after all day in the sun was calming the skin. The shower is the rain type only, but water pressure is quite powerful, so had no problem with that. Only thing I would maybe change was hair dryer which is the wall mounted one, but it did the job, so it was fine. We had half board offer, and can confirm breakfast and dinner were amazing! We were there for 4 nights and not once the dish was repeated. Except for breakfast of course where I had omelette cooked for me every morning:) and churros with nutella was a must! There’s two coffee machines and all sorts of milks and coffee creams, including dairy free, oat for tme:) The pool is just great, I miss it already. There is a side entrance to the sea if you fancy it. You can rent a paddle board on reception, we’ve done that early in the morning before breakfast which is the best time for this as the sea is calm. Also recommend getting up early to see the sunrise!

Poor WiFi, the rest was excellent.

I cannot even explain how much we loved this hotel! I spent hours doing research to pick the best hotel in Mallorca and was skeptical at first, but hotel Atolon exceeded my expectations. From the moment we came in, the sweet receptionist welcomed us, explained everything and we went to check our room. It was small but very comfy and had everything we needed and exactly as described on Booking.com. The view from the balcony was directed at the sea and main avenue, at night there was live music and beautiful scenery. The food was so delicious, the best we've ever had. Huge variety of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. The chefs and all kitchen staff were very sweet and welcoming. You could tell that they work as a true team and maintain positive work relationship. I'm glad we opted in for the dinners in the hotel instead of looking for a place to eat in the area. The area (Cala Bona & Cala Millor) is family-friendly, perfect for elderly and small kids. There are tons of shops, bars, activities around. I really recommend everyone to try Albatros Diving center, it was very fun experience of first-time diving. There is a Safari Zoo nearby, we loved it. The hotel is very relaxing, I felt like I was visiting a family. There are always sun beds available near the pool. You don't have to reserve the sun beds with your towel like in other hotels. There are free yoga classes available on Mondays & Wednesdays. It's very quiet and calm around, which was literally perfect for us as we try to avoid noisy and crowded places.

We had to queue for the bacon as it was very rarely put on the plate where we could help ourselves. It was delicious, though. We were not aware that had we not booked a front sea room, we would have been across the road.

The pool and bar/restaurant area were nicely set out and extremely clean. Staff at the pool bar were very friendly. The food at breakfast and pool was delicious. Liked the music and entertainment at the pool bar in the evening.

It is true that the rooms are not particularly luxurious, but if you spend your day by the pool enjoying the stunning view, it hardly matters. It would be great if the hotel offered a special resident discount during the low or shoulder season.

We wanted to spend a relaxing weekend by the sea, and Hotel Atolon exceeded our expectations. The dinner buffet was a real highlight. I have rarely eaten so well at a hotel. Fresh prawns, calamari, perfectly cooked entrecote – everything was delicious. The chefs and the restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We had a very pleasant stay at hotel Atolon. The hotel is medium size, clean, pool is situated next to the sea, with small but comfortable rooms (I do not know what more than bed, bathroom, refrigerator, table and closet you will need) and perfect meals in the morning and in the evenings. We had a wide offer of meals and everything what we tried was delicious. Personnel in the hotel is always ready to help you. Cala Bona is also a very nice place where to stay. Food and the stuff made our stay unforgettable.
