Had a great stay in the heart of Las Americas. Amazing views right from the top, clean modern place, with separate bedroom and shower. Everything you need on your doorstep and lovely balcony to relax on when needed. Can be noisy at night, but with both patio doors closed and air con on can hardly hear a thing. 10/10

Super apartment, it was clean and had everything we need for a comfort stay. The view from the balcony is the best. Very pleasant and responsive host. Last day of our stay I got sick and felt pretty bad, and the host just blocked the reservations for the next day when we were checking out, so that no one could book the apartment and we could stay as long as we need before our flight completely free of charge. I’m very grateful for such hospitality and understanding.

Lovely stay in this apartment, had all essentials, great to go to an apartment that supplies soap dish washing soap and washing machine pods and Netflix. Added bonus was welcome pack of water Java and beer. I picked this apartment based on the reviews, my only complaint would be the quality of the pillows which I’m sure was mentioned in a previous review.

Few minutes walk from Veronica’s strip.You can hear some noise in the early hours but not unbearable .Especially if your at them lol Pubs to watch football and restaurants at the bottom of the apartment block .5 min walk to the beach .Good WiFi no issues .Had a problem with the bathroom tap and msg the owner who sent someone writhing ten min so 10/10 for that .Would I go back there .Yes I would .Beers water and cava in the fridge for arrival which was a nice touch.Washing mc and iron and board in the apartment too

You can vaguely hear the music from Veronica’s strip when the windows are closed but this didn’t really affect us much because we were so tired that we were able to sleep through it.

The property was beautiful and so clean with great air-con and a fan. I would definitely go back there again. We arrived to a bottle of sparkling wine, beers and water in the fridge which was such a lovely welcome gesture. The communication from the staff was amazing, they were quick to respond if we had any questions, sent us food and activity recommendations and also accommodated us for a later check out due our flight time. It was close to lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk to Los Cristianos which has some beautiful beaches. My partner and I spent so much time on the balcony watching the sunset which was incredible. The pool is really quiet and relaxing and the pool bar is lovely too, lots of nice food and drink options and very cheap. We were sad to leave and even missed the apartment when we left because we loved it so much.

Area is a little bit noise but on the 14th floor it was not that bad.

Adrian was always available and helped. Broken TV was replaced in no time. Wonderful stay.

The apartment itself was very comfortable and is situated on the 14th floor, which is the top floor of the building. Views were therefore amazing! The condo has everything you need! A 24h Supermarket and restaurants are directly in front of the building. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this may not be the place for you but if you don‘t mind having a bit of nightlife and music around, you will enjoy your stay. Even beaches, shopping malls and many other tourist attractions are all within walking distance.

Hanging rack for towels and swimming suits would be a great addition. Take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper - even with closed windows the music from bars could be heard.

This apartment was the best so far in terms of the cleanliness and overall quality. Everything was meticulous clean and new. The view from the balcony is just amazing. Communication with the host was superb - best ever I received! We were offered cave, beer, coffee, water as a welcome touch! The host was in contact throughout our stay! The location is great with walking distance to beaches. Restaurants and bars are all around.

Super well positioned, in the middle of the action in Las Americas, close to everything you could want, from quiet beaches to the craziest parties and clubs! The location couldn't be better – just a short walk away from beautiful beaches and vibrant party zones. The apartment had everything we needed and more, making our stay truly comfortable. It was a bit noisy at night due to the location very close to the clubs ,but not a problem for us and during the day is quiet and really nice to drinknyour coffee in the terrace with such a great view.

It was a very good stay. Very good communication with the owner, easy self check in, fully equipped apartment. Great location, close to the beach, with really great view.

The two main aspects that attracted me to this apartment were the view and the location. This year I traveled a lot, but I didn't find any other location so equipped. The owner sent me a video with all the check-in details and it was very easy to get there. I plan to come back to Tenerife with my wife this fall and I will definitely come back here. I really liked everything.

Excellent location, right next to the clubs, restaurants and just 2 min away from the beach. From the balcony is the best sunset view . The apartment is fully equipped and the owner is very helpful and responsive, it was a very good and easy communication.

The apartment is exceptionally beautiful. Everything is new. The cleanliness is impeccable, and it is fully equipped with everything you need. The check-in and check-out process is very easy, and communication with the host is excellent. The view is wonderful. The sunset from the balcony was the most beautiful sight I have seen from a hotel. The apartment is right in the center of the seaside resort Las Americas 5 minutes to the Troya beach. The promenade in front stretches between Los Cristianos and El Duque. Veronica and the array of restaurants in Las Americas are just a stone's throw away.

Big problem is that it is very noisy bars close by. They play very loud music until 4am! All windows closed, still not possible to sleep!

Fantastic views from 14th floor! Very nice and modern appartment.
