Probably more explanations about there being no staff at the hotel. Also, they send the door code by e-mail and what'sapp which you cannot get without internet access if you are travelling from overseas. They could send it about one week or at least a few days before the departure.

There was no reception desk and no staff at the hotel except for a cleaning lady. However, once you figure out how to contact the hotel office by e-mail or whatsapp, they are very accommodating and helpful.

Dark room

I booked „Arrizul Beach“ but got upgraded to „Arrizul Congress“ there, you receive free water, coffee, soda, cava plus a free mini bar. Great location. Super clean. Nice hosts.

The room space is not accurate. It mentions 15sqm but in fact the room is smaller. We stayed in a double room. Maybe they count the room plus the bathroom. But it makes all the diference mainly because we were for working purpose and the space was very thight and with lack of natural light. The window was for a backyard and in the earlymorning we eard a lot of noise from the staff of the other buildings. The pillow and mattress could be better. The shared space that is in the pictures wasnt activated. There is no shared room in -1 for small meals preparation.

Wonderful check-in service. Very clean spaces! All the staff was very responsive and helped with all the requests. Great bathroom space!

One of our bedrooms was tiny. We wouldn’t book it again.

The location is incredible. The bedrooms are decorated very nicely. One of our bedrooms was a good size.

Close to shops, close to the beach, walking distance to the old town (bars and restaurants). Nice and helpful staff. Received an upgrade from Arrizul Beach to Arrizul Congress. I don't think the rooms are actually larger but it's a good hotel with nice rooms nevertheless... and you can get free coffee and drinks during the day.

Only negative may be that, on top of our room being pretty small, the room was looking to inner building hall (not inner yard !) Let’s say it was a bit claustrophobic. But for couple of days, that should pass as well.

Hi, Arrizul Beach is very well located, right next to beach, 10 min walk to Boulevard and old town. The company has 3 hotels, Beach, Cathedral and Congress (I think), Beach is fully self-serviced i.e. automatic doors, reception via messenger app etc. Very clean. Air conditioning works very well. Parking is available at Kursaal public parking however comes at 30euros a day. All was good, thank you

They actually upgraded us to the Hotel, Arrizul Congress, just down the street, which supposedly was an improvement. It was very comfortable, convenient, and clean.

Would have liked coffee machine in room. Window into courtyard/vent space was dim - would have been nice to have a view.
