How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The kitchen didn’t come with any cooking or cleaning equipment, only hand soap and some pans. It would be great to offer a hand towel, dishwasher brush, etc.

Very few appliances - nothing to wash the dishes with, no coffee machine, etc. A bit oldschool overall.
Really good location, close to everything. Daily cleaning. Nice staff. Big balcony is a plus.

No WiFi available in any of the actual apartment units!! Only place with access was the outside patio area downstairs by the pool.

The showers never had hot water, the air con didn’t work and the beds were uncomfortable
It was central to everything needed. The rooms were a nice size and the general area was nice and quiet compared to other parts of area.

Man on reception was slightly rude, there is an awful STRONG smell in the rooms sometimes - something like the drainage, but obviously cannot be helped by the actual hotel or staff.
Really good location for clubs like Hi and Ushuaia!! Local to the main street of shops and restaurants too. Really clean and maids were very friendly. Loved that they played music throughout the day around the pool too. Really spacious rooms, with all you could need for self-catering.

Great location, close to everything, Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia and the main strip. Awesome pool and outdoor facilities. Property was clean and well looked after. Reception was 24 hours but some of them weren’t very nice, didn’t alter our opinion on the stay.

The neighbourhood is full of people who are partying, so it can be very noisy during the night...screaming people woke me up a lot of nights

Could use some refresh on many levels. We can see that everything is old: the furniture, the floor tiles, the fridge in the kitchen to the coffee machine in the cafeteria. If the owners decide to invest a little in the design of the rooms it would be an amazing location.
Decent price for playa Em Bossa and spacious appartement, pretty clean everywhere. The cleaning staff would come every day and make our beds, changes our towels and checked everything is all right in the appartement. You have a pool and a little bar that offers drink and snacks. Everyone is kind and available.

Not overly clean, found hairs in the shower when we arrived. Shower head was broken on arrival- they did fix it very quickly.
Great location, relatively quiet at night for Ibiza and good walking distance to bars/restaurants.

Only one air con unit in the hall way not in bedrooms so became extremely hot and unable to cool down when sleeping or getting ready in the rooms.

Air con was not very powerful so the flat was a little warm.
Lovely apartment, clean. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well equipped. Comfortable bed in a separate bedroom with black out blinds. Pool looked nice although sadly we didn’t have time to use it. Good location not far from Playa den Bossa

Obviously ideally you’d have more activity as it was a bit quiet but that’s why it’s cheaper and they made up for it by allowing you to access other jet hotel.
Good links with jet on the beach for a more lively pool party. Bit further out so quieter. Nice Spanish restaurants around the corner which were cheaper. Price was reasonable. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
