I rented a bycicle from the city for two days for bike touring. The hotel has separated room to store bikes and the staff realy handle it well. All ok , nice hotel

It was disappointing that the swimming pool was again not open. While you can certainly have nice weather in the spring. Personally, I would open this from April 1...

I have been to Arima several times and it certainly does not disappoint! The hotel is beautiful, hygienic and chic.

Must be a UK thing, but being asked to pay an additional fee for access to the pool/ sauna doesn’t fit well. I have no problem paying for classes or the additional wellness facilities, but these are the basics of what I’d expect included from a good class hotel.

Its location, in the woods and on a good bus link into the city centre. There was a good vibe in the restaurant/bar.

There are not a lot of options of other restaurants near by apart from the restaurant of the hotel.

Our room was large and comfortable, and the Hotel’s decor and facilities are modern— Spa, pool, meeting rooms. Staff were very friendly, professional and always answered with a smile. We enjoyed dinner in the Restaurant and the quality of the food and professionalism of the staff were excellent. The Hotel is not centrally located, but only a bus ride away (10 Minutes), from the CBD and Old Town. The large, secure parking garage is a bonus.

Music played at breakfast consists of off tune American males whining like their wife left them. Sauna booths are small, perhaps for one person? Occupied by female lizard type humans who would not give up their sun spot.

Beautiful property tastefully build alongside a forested area. Staff were nice.

Nothing worthwhile to be mentioned.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The location is bit outside the city but with a taxi it takes just 10 min to be in the heart of the city. This means also that it is very silent at the backside and just birds are giving a smooth walk-up call. The breakfast is Top. The variety of good quality food is a challenge for your body index; as all is very good and tasty.

Not applicable! As stated before, I was more than happy with the accommodations, and it was conveniently located to all of my meeting locations. I look forward to coming again, hopefully for a visit that is not work related!

The room was very clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning and enjoyed the offered selections. The staff from the reception to the waitstaff were very professional and friendly. Definitely a facility that I would stay again and recommend!

The hotel is very beautiful, when we drive from Bilbao airport, it will take around 1 hour to there, parking is free and the breakfast is really nice.

I didnt like the fact the sauna was cold and i had to wait for it to heat. The heating would not have been sufficient even if i had sat there for an hour. I paid for the facility and it wasn't available. Lack of ambience in sauna area.

We liked the style of the hotel, set in the trees. Also, the emphasis on environmental preservation was apparent. Very relaxing ambience.

The temperature of my room was a little bit hot in the evening (25°C).

The top quality staff, the SPA and the green mood are incredible. My room was very comfortable. I'll be back for longer.

- specify if you want a view. We had "parking" view - no coffee machine in the room and no possibility to have a coffee if you Need to leave before breakfast starts. An espresso coffee machine would be nice even in public area.

The hotel is new, modern and very clean. It gives a luxurious feeling with good value of money. The location is perfect. There is a bus station close to the hotel and bus no. 28 takes to the city center

Beds were single beds pushed together, and it would be better if they were king/queen size. Location was a out of town which is what we expected so if you want to be central to town then be aware that it takes 20 mins on the bus to get to town You are required to pay for the exclusive parking for the hotel at €20 Per day.

The location is nice, and quiet with nice walks in the area. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood Facilities were brilliant with a focus on health and wellbeing. There was a fantastic deal at the spa 2for1 and had a lovely relaxing time using the pool, sauna and gym. Rooms were very clean, spacious and had plenty of features for enhancing comfort and sleep such as dark blinds, showers and different lighting effects. Special mention to Spa Manager, Nagore who was very friendly. All staff were attentive and quick to respond to our queries and needs. Overall, Hotel was brilliant and good value for money

Great entrance, receptionist showed me to my room and explained the concept of Passivhaus and how the room functioned. Had a lovely chat about the hotel's architecture in which I was very interested. The spa was amazing, the full spectrum infrared sauna along with the jetstreams. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. All in all perfect.
